Exclusive Villa Giannis is a luxurious 90 m² maisonette located in the traditional village of Agia Triada, just 12 km from the beautiful city of Rethymno. Built on a hilltop and surrounded by a large olive grove, the villa offers absolute tranquility, privacy, and breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains.
It is an ideal choice for guests seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday in Crete, away from city noise yet close to all major attractions.
The villa is arranged over two floors.
The ground floor features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shower room.
On the upper floor, there is a master bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a second bedroom with two single beds.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with three satellite TVs, free Wi-Fi, towels, and all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and private parking.
Exclusive Villa Giannis is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, offering true serenity and relaxation, far from traffic and noise. Despite its peaceful setting, the villa is conveniently located close to the lively town of Rethymno.
The entire property—including the villa, swimming pool, and all facilities—will be exclusively available to you during your stay.
Agia Triada is strategically positioned on a small hill, very close to the touristic area of Rethymno. Shops, supermarkets, shopping areas, restaurants, and traditional tavernas are located within a 5 km radius, while the longest sandy beach of Rethymno is also nearby.
In the surrounding area, guests can visit popular attractions such as the Arkadi Monastery, Agreco Farm, and the local river dam.

Exelent sejour. VASO est un hôte exceptionnelle. Convialité. ,des attentions particulières que jz.n ao.eu nulle parr ailleur. La.maison tres propre route commodoté il ne manquait rien. Le top un séjour de rêve. Un merveileux PAYS,les grecs so.t chaleureux. Merci Vaso de nous avoir aiguillée sur des site zxeptionnelle. Tout les jours un petit coucou, nous demander comment on allait. Ça pourrait s appeler sunrise !

La maison a été vraiment parfaite pour nous 3 ( un enfant) . La piscine est suffisamment grande et entièrement privative. Plusieurs terrasses et un jardin très agréable. tout avec vue et orienté pleine Est ( levée de soleil magnifique pour les lève tôt). La propreté est irréprochable. On accède en voiture ( indispensable) par une forte pente. ca fait drôle mais en haut place de parking très large. Vaso nous a accueilli royalement et donne de très bon conseils. Ne manquez pas dans le restaurant Thavma à Maroulas un bonheur. Bon on gardera secretes les plages sauvages du sud vous en trouverez vous aussi !
