Arrived after 13 hour drive ordeal and they couldn’t find my booking despite having paid I full. Was then made to pay another £300/night to secure two twins room for us four, not even next door to each other. Also told the kitchen closes at 11 for room service, yet they closed at 10.30 so we’re lot even able to order proper food after a whole day of driving

Sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück gegen Aufpreis. Das Hotel ist grundrenoviert worden, liegt fußläufig zur Altstadt von Reims und ist auch mit dem Auto sehr gut von der Autobahn erreichbar. Parken in der Tiefgarage für 20 Euro ist OK. Einziger Punkt der uns nicht gefallen hat waren die Matratzenschoner aus Plastik, mit denen man nachts stark schwitzt. Ansonsten ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité de l’hôtel et son personnel adorable. La chambre était spacieuse, comfortable et nous y avons très bien dormi. Le parking souterrain (indépendant de l’hôtel) est très pratique mais un peu cher, nous avons payé 20€ pour 24h. Nous avons aussi testé leur restaurant/bar (qui, en passant, est très joli !) et y avons très bien mangé. En bref, nous y avons passé un agréable moment !

Nieuw hotel - mooie inrichting - zeer vriendelijk personeel - heel goed ontbijt - toffe bar open tot 23.00. Ondergrondse parking is beperkt tot 1.80 hoogte (een probleem voor vele SUV's), maar bovengronds zijn er ook enkele plaatsen en eventueel kan je nog parkeren op een grote openbare parking op 150 m.
