Good location and fast contact

The apartment is brand new. Good location, walking distance to the centre. It's on the third floor, without elevator.We had no hot water one day, and the service came with a reply within a hour with a solution, so that was good. Apartment wasn't really clean though, and the kitchen appliances were dirty. We washed everything we used first by hand. There is construction work (writing this may 2025) in the apartment above this one, so you can expect noise from 9AM. Also on Saturday.
