New balcony bistro dining set. Fully equipped kitchen., freshly painted throughout. New Luxury plank flooring. New refrigerator. New room darkening drapes. Outdoor pool/Sundeck. Fun Park, miniature golf, bike rentals all within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. Keyed entrance to building. Onsite laundry facilities. Parking garage underneath the building off of Brooklyn Street and outside parking deck off of Laurel Street. Two elevators. Free wireless internet. On-site manager. The beach and boardwalk are right outside. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy spectacular views. Credit card payments are accepted providing the guest pays the 2.8% credit card surcharge.

Fantastic Place

Thank you for sharing your beach condo with us. It had everything we needed to cook a meal and close to restaurants when we didn't feel like cooking. Very comfortable place, close to everything! Was not used to stopping and picking up the keys from rental company but that had nothing to do with the cleanliness or comfort of our stay. Can't wait to visit again!
