This Second Floor Middle Suite has been completely renovated in 2023! It

features a brand new bathroom with tub/shower enclosure, new tile and vanity.

This suite will have a new layout in the second bedroom featuring a built-in

with a small refrigerator, microwave, and wardrobe. Also included is a cafe

table with two chairs and all new A/V equipment. We also provide an ice bucket

and Keurig coffee maker (complete with a complimentary starter set of k cups).



This suite overlooks one of the most popular streets in downtown Rehoboth

Beach, Baltimore Avenue! You will also have an ice maker on the first level,

sand wash station, beach chairs, two beach towels, access to a laundry room

(no coins or cards needed! We provide detergent, too), and one parking space

on site.



Experience what it is like to live in Downtown Rehoboth Beach within walking

distance to everything!



Please be advised that there is No Elevator on site.



Housekeeping is available on stays longer than 3 days.

The location was ideal for Rehoboth Beach. Off-street parking is a nice amenity. It was clean and quite comfortable. The host was outstanding in assisting me with check-in and wi-fi connections when I had VRBO app issues. One suggestion if you are easily awakened by noice - bring earplugs. Being centrally located, street cleaning and garbage collection started early and was noisy.

The property is in an excellent location. Super close to everything in Rehoboth. We walked everywhere. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was perfect for our long weekend. Highly recommend!

Small but Sweet

In the heart of downtown, 5 minutes from the beach and boardwalk, a cute little inn that's been renovated. Included a balcony that overlooked the street which was nice. Well appointed in the room and a few extras on the property (beach chairs, etc) tproperty

Quick summer trip

Last minute booking for a mid-week stay. Our second stay at the Cape Suites. Location is excellent. Well maintained. Minimal guests so it was very quiet as well. We will likely return!
