The outside of the property is very well maintained. The common areas of the inside of the hotel and clean and well taken care of. Even though this property allows pets, we have never smelled any pet odors and we have stayed here on multiple occasions. Most of our stays here we rated a 5 overall, however, this last stay, the room had a few minor issues. The room clearly needed some updates but the room was at least clean.

Good managers make a huge difference!

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast and social hour food was very good and plenty of it for everyone! Tom Y. the manager was wonderful!! He gave us tips and suggestions on which beach was closed and which to try , suggested dog friendly places to eat. He was so kind! They had all kind of flyers for activities and things to do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay

Need more lounge chairs in the pool area. Pool needs to be cleaned more often. A little more attention in the pool area. People were smoking others out by grilling inside the pool area.
