This is a cute property located within a 2 block walk to beach and a little further to the downtown area! We had a few issues but Vacasa was quick to assist. Quaint comfortable, well equipped!

We really enjoyed staying in this charming cottage. The screened in porch was wonderful for drinking morning coffee, eating, and just relaxing. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog and the patio delightful for the humans. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed for cooking. The decor was lovely. We‘ll be back to stay at this gem.

The exterior of the house needs some serious attention! First impressions are important! It is dirty! There is mold around the bathroom sink. Check in was easy, as was checking out. Why is the door code soooo long?

The location was wonderful, 3 blocks from the beach and a safe, clean neighborhood. The only issue was that in the kitchen my favorite room of the house, the counters have to be cleared off immediately after cooking, the sink cleaned and the custom made garbage bin should not be used because of the ants. Once I figured this out, the stay was perfect. The house was cozy and the vintage pinups were very entertaining to say the least. We loved our stay. Make sure you get your parking permit!

Not Clean, Bug Infested

The only positive thing about this house is its location. Outside of that, the place was dirty through and through. There were bugs everywhere, from the patio to every corner within the house. In fact, there was a massive ant infestation in the kitchen that required maintenance to come out and address. We also all left with bug bites all over our bodies that we got while sleeping. Other issues: the shower was not clean when we arrived; all the towels shed on you causing you to have to shower again; and the upstairs bedroom is basically inhabitable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here.

Great traditional Rehobeth beach house

Lovely, spacious beach house, updated with large kitchen, nice furnishings, new appliances, great gathering space in dining room and eat in kitchen. Naturalized gardens a plus. Birds were using the bird bath. Unfortunately the porch had not been cleaned for season. Floor needed a good mopping and the Crate and Barrel porch furniture needed a once over.

Brief getaway

Very nice older small cottage, which was very well equipped. We enjoyed staying there. It brought back memories of the cottage I owned on Park Avenue near the beach in the 1980s through 2010.However, we were saddened to see all the changes made to the town and the ugly architecture of the new houses that are taking over everywhere. It’s no longer a simple and lovely retreat.

Serene stay during wintery days

Lovely stay in a cozy, well-situated house.Just wanted to let you know: when we went to bed, the temperature in the house was 65 degrees. When we woke up, it was 58 degrees - we didn't touch the thermostat - just wanted to let you know so you can check it.Many thanks.

Great Little House

Overall our experience was great. The location is so good, walk to beach and walk to town. The place was clean and fairly well stocked. Would have been helpful to have a welcome book with info or at least notes reminding visitor they don’t have cable and instructions on how to access Netflix log in. We couldn’t not the maintenance man get it to work. Minor issue, many lights were unplugged and done missing light bulbs. One of the remotes needs new batteries and there is no fish soap or dishwasher soap. We found one.
