I stay at this hotel regularly when I am in the area for work. Always a great sleep, and the water park is awesome for all ages!

Cleanliness of bathroom was terrible. Still urine on the toilet from previous guest so when the toilet has not been cleaned (very visible) I have to question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Was reported to front desk but was given...oh I'm sorry. Upon returning to my room, urine marks were still present throughout my stay (down the side of the toilet and at the base of the toilet bowl). Not very happy with the lack of attention prior and during my stay.

I was located in an area well away from the water park so it was a quieter stay to ensure a good sleep for business meetings during the day. I have stayed here numerous times and depending on the location of the room it can be either restful or crazy (which is a good thing if you are taking kids). The rooms are always clean and well tended. It appeared some rents may have been done on this floor

Clean, friendly, and good breakfast. We stayed here in January and the hotel exceeded our expectations of a 3 star which was refreshing for an Indian hotel. The staff were courteous and the morning breakfast was delicious. Although an old hotel, it’s clean and decently maintained. Note when they say room with two double’s -it’s basically a twin bed. We were 3 of us staying in a ‘double’ bed room (Which was 3 twin beds) and it was cozy enough to accommodate the 3 of us. We appreciated the chocolate bar housekeeping left us each day and made for a fun midnight treat :) It’s located right off Khar market and a quick 10 min rickshaw ride to most places in Bandra. I tried contacting the hotel a week later as our trip got extended however I was disappointed in their lack of providing us a return customer price. Sometimes a small discount can go a long way in ensuring customers return.

We were at this hotel for a wedding when my daughter wasn’t watching where she was going and ended up running into a door frame and needing stitches. Your staff was very concerned and ensured she was ok. The accident was absolutely not the fault of the hotel however as she needed stitches she could not go on the waterslides anymore so management offered for us to come another day to use the waterpark.

Room was nice had poolside. Was not happy about the price when we got there, front staff corrected it. Front staff great and breakfast buffet could have been a little better more selection. The restaurant served some undercooked chicken to a child.

The staff was amazing. Only issue is breakfast was all gone when I got down there. A lot of families so understandable.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while attending a hockey tournament. The accommodation was clean and very adequate. The temperature controls leave something to be desired and there are no towel bars in the bathroom but it was adequate. Also a make-up mirror in the bathroom would be a very nice addition. Check-in was done well as well as check-out. It was good to have a breakfast included in the price of the room. The food selection was adequate. Parking was not the best. It seems to me that there are too many businesses in that section of the city for the parking that is available and getting to that parking is not the easiest.

Between Christmas and New Years, we had a little overnight family reunion at this hotel. We had families come in from various places around the province. We booked a banquet room and ordered pizza then we all went down to the pool and water park. The next morning we all met for breakfast. Jocelyn was the conference service manager who handled the reservation and she was great. I can see that this would be great place to come as a sports team if you are coming for tournaments, or a good place for families if you are coming to Regina for a wedding or something. Highly recommended!

Stayed here on a sold out Saturday night. Found hallway noisy in evening (11-12pm) and pillows lumpy. Room was very clean and kids enjoyed waterpark.
