Anybody who has children this the hotel for you . Even if you don't have children this the hotel for you. Quite and restful. the breakfast was the best I have had free.
Booked a room after seeing the billboards while driving in from Winnipeg. Glad we did. The whole family loved the indoor waterpark - 2 large slides, splash pad area, a pool and a hot tub. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was as big a spread as we've seen and was delicious.
This hotel is great for travelling with a family. The water park is a great time for the kids. The onsite restaurants are really great, pub style food. Rooms were clean and the staff was great. The breakfast was ok, though there is only 1 toaster for the whole restaurant which backed things up a bit.
Wonderful stay at this hotel! Great water park and breakfast included in stay. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Really enjoyed the options at breakfast, fresh fruit, oatmeal, hot options. Location was good and restaurant had great options for the whole family.
On 3 separate stays at this hotel we have had to park in a location that is not at the hotel because of booked events. I understand that we are both paying for the services but it is really frustrating when this issue keeps happening and we are told that we can move our vehicle back around 11pm or midnight....this is ridiculous. They need to look at ways that they can accommodate all services. I was very happy that the Travelodge is offering breakfast since they had not for many years while other hotels were already doing this but they really need a better layout for people to access the breakfast and it would be nice for them to switch out the meals, ii is the same thing every single day. If someone is staying for longer than one evening this can be very tiresome. Change the meat, the type of eggs, offer waffles, change up the sides.....you can only eat beans, chick pea salad, and cottage cheese so much. The fruit salad is the same every time, how about trying seasonal fruit instead of the pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew all the time? Some of the temperature gauges in the rooms don't work.....these should be checked on a regular basis before someone checks inc the last thing you want to do is call the front desk at 11:00pm at night to come and fix it because you are dying of heat!
Met all expectations of a great hotel Enjoyed my stay. Great food. Nice sized rooms all very clean. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. This is the hotel I stay All the time I need a hotel in Regina.
Quiet and super comfortable! We used the wonderful pool and the complimentary breakfast was awesome all three mornings! Always stay here as the service was great and the facility clean and really quiet where our room was! Good sleep and good food!
So... honestly the TL wouldn't have been our first choice in Regina but it's where the wedding is. We tend to prefer more central and less family friendly hotels (Water park looks amazing if you're travelling with kids... we just don't). Free breakfast is priced right... it would make average with the addition of a self serve waffle maker... or even the offering of some. We were with the clan so we stuck with it but on our own we would have ventured out as Regina does have some great breakfast/brunch alternatives. I went from three to four stars for the pub. Any place that offers Whisky Flights with a decent bottle selection is OK in my books. Room is larger than standard (4th floor 'corporate' floor). We usually book a suite for even more space and early morning separation (early riser and a sleeper) but if I remember correctly the suites were more than $400 per night... excessive as we could have booked two adjoining rooms for $310 and gotten two full bathrooms... hmmm. Well appointed, very clean, friendly staff, great lounge, great food offerings... so yes I would stay here again if needed for a function and certainly if we had younglin's with us.
We staying for one night in this hotel and were very pleased with the experience. We booked online and everything was in order for our reservation when we arrived. Check-in was prompt and the young lady at the desk was cheerful and friendly. We had booked at the special senior rate and were given an accessible room, which was great because my husband has back issues. The room was larger than any of the usual hotel rooms we have stayed in, with support bars and a raised toilet in the bathroom. We only heard a bit of door slamming in the evening, but all was quiet overnight. The free breakfast had plenty of selection with hot and cold items. We noticed a lovely water park area for kids and it was busy since it was a long weekend. We certainly would stay here again without hesitation.
We stopped here for one night and felt that we had really hit the jackpot! Lovely, very clean hotel with large rooms and very reasonably priced. The cost of the room also provides a very extensive complimentary breakfast - lots of options and everything was delicious! We also enjoyed a great dinner at the Knotted Thistle Pub - again excellent food and service. We would definitely make this our place to stay when stopping in Regina!
