O quarto é lindo, espaçoso, bem estruturado, mas o chuveiro é fraquinho e a torneira da pia estava solta (meio caindo para o ladinho). A vista do quarto é bem incrível, infelizmente estava nublado, mas não posso imaginar o quão bonito é ver um pôr do sol de lá, nota 10! Já o atendimento ao cliente deixou bem a desejar. Estamos acostumados a sermos bem recepcionados e os atendentes solicitos as nossas necessidades o que não aconteceu durante a estadia nesse local.

O quarto é lindo, uma verdadeira perfeição de paisagem, amei. A área da piscina também é muito boa, tudo muito bonito. Acredito que apenas a manutenção dos elevadores precisa melhorar, fiquei presa em um deles e, por estar gestante, isso se torna uma situação preocupante. Seria importante ajustar essa questão para evitar que aconteça novamente com outros hóspedes. Fiquei no 19º andar e a internet estava péssima, sem uma conexão de qualidade. Cheguei na sexta-feira e ainda precisei trabalhar, então usei minha própria internet para conseguir resolver tudo. Fora esses pontos, a experiência foi boa.

Os lençóis da cama estavam cheirosos, bem limpinhos, as toalhas de banho também, limpeza nota 10. O café da manhã muito bom, o atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente, sempre atenciosos e educados, porém a piscina da cobertura precisa de manutenção, os ladrilhos se soltando, a água imunda e a sauna não funciona. Não tem nenhuma coberta, ficamos expostos ao sol o tempo inteiro, porém a vista do quarto e maravilhosa. Meu marido cortou o dedo no ladrilho da piscina que estava quebrado.

A Ana foi muito solicita e tentou fazer o melhor, achamos que o quarto deixa um pouco a desejar no sentido de ter uma cadeira bem bonita, porem rasgada, o quefoi dito na propaganda não corresponde, o cafe da manha não é muito bom, alem de serem bem dificeis de entender uma situação onde a pessoa precisaria coner no quarto, pois ficou bem doente, o pessoal do restaurante foi um pouco intolerante, na vvd a propaganda distoa da realidade, tem que dar uma melhorada nas instalações do predio, o que compensou foi a vista, que é belissima.
