Faltou informar que o flat não tinha vista (a vista é de uma parede). O Flat tem uma área muito pequena para 4 pessoas, os móveis ficam apertados por falta de espaço. Penso que estão construindo espaço de flats muito pequenos em Porto. Se o flat é para 4 pessoas, por que só há lugar para dois comerem na mesinha? Deveria haver um espaço a mais do lado do ofurô, na varanda.
