We chose to leave after getting to our room. Property was in disrepair and paint falling off of walls. Garbage in the common area and people loitering. Room smelled of smoke. No refund given.

Filthy. Got either bedbugs or fleas while there. Would not give extra towels . Pathetic pillows. And overpriced on top of all that. Only stuck there bc passing through during Sturgis -fml.

Cheap but not even worth it. Very run down and need of repairs.

I liked that the restaurants & shopping were closely. Didn’t like the property. Not very well maintained. Old & Dirty, toilet was very low & didn’t work properly. Room service was not existent, & coffee was not available very often. Overall experience was poor. Could do better if they renovate the entire property.

Meth heads all over the property sketching me out. Some just standing on the sidewalk staring for hours on end. People selling drugs openly in the middle of the afternoon. People looking at us like we're prey as we pull in. I'm from Minneapolis and live in Brooklyn, and this is the sketchiest place I've probably ever seen at 3 in the afternoon, so I can only imagine how it is at night. Anyways, we stayed about 4 hours and decided, for the safety of my catalytic converter and for our peace of mind, to book a different motel elsewhere. Don't stay here. It's awful. Also, there's no coffee or mini-fridge. The only positive thing is the bathroom is pretty nice and the clerk we had was very nice. He actually apologized when we left, because he knew this place was awful, too.

Staff was helpful and polite. Room wasn't the cleanest...

The room was ok, for the price. The beds we small but comfortable. But the bloody booger and some brown smudges next to the toilet should of been cleaned! Floor was sticky. 1 wash cloth, 1/2 a roll of toilet paper for 3 people? They never told us they don’t clean rooms during stay so 2 towels really was insufficient. Friday night had to call office on one of the neighbors banging doors repeatedly like 15 times bam bam bam. Screaming out door to no one. Banging on walls yelling like someone was beating her. This went on from 830 until management came at 1145. Then there is the guy the next night that tried to push his way into our room at 12 ish. This place could be nice if they cleaned it up and cleaned between people. Oh and put a bedspread on the bed.

They were behind in housekeeping and I could not check in until 7pm. This was horrible service. Poorly run, understaffed.

There was no maid service no amenities i.e. shampoo. If you wanted fresh tows you had tol go to the office.

Stayed 2 nights recently after having several medical appointments. Booked for 1 night initially and called the office and asked if my younger sister could check in for me since I felt horrible after undergoing a bunch of testing. They had no problem letting her check in and everything was great until I booked the second night from my room and asked her to go have the key reactivated for us. The same woman that checked her in the day before refused to reactivate it since my sister did not have a photo ID. I went into the office with my ID to reactivate the card, and the woman very rudely told me my sister couldn’t be on the property without and ID and insisted she needed to leave even after I told her we lived 100 miles away and my sister does not have a drivers license or have a way to get home. I called the local sheriffs office to ask about my rights in this situation and they told me she would have to leave if they asked again, but agreed that it was very unreasonable. We went back to the room and decided to stay until they told us we had to leave since I had already paid, and we were not approached again and ended up staying the full night. Decent, clean room, terrible attitude towards customers.

Cleaning lady kept knocking extremely loud and then laughed when i got to the door saying oh sorry. U dont appriciate it. May come again just because it was a cheap stay.

Bad situation. worst hotel of my life! clogged sink, cold water in the shower, dirty, cigarette-smelling room, I coded the key four times and had to go cold into the lobby because they didn't take it in the room, changed the room and the new key wouldn't open and put me in a third room. yes, they should give me back the hosting money! Your company is also responsible for this because it tells me about this hotel.
