Many issues with this “4 star hotel” If this was a 2 star hotel I would have no complaint But here we go….. - Hallway reeked of weed -Hallway reeked of cigarette - Hallway was so dirty on the sides the carpet was an entirely different color with a mix of garbage - The “onsite security” never showed other guest screaming and cussing at each other down the hallway throughout the night -Lobby had pieces of fruit and other food on the floor -Staff was friendly but had no idea what was going on - No breakfast was some old coffee To top it all off we had to clean our rooms before was even unpacked mind you we had a 1, 5 and 7 year old staying with us First room - We had to wipe down all of the surfaces - Dead bugs chilling in the bathroom - Food from previous guest in the fridge - Un-vacuumed floor (our socks were black from one night) - A random toy in the middle of the room left over from previous guest - Unknown substance on closet doors In our second room - Makeup splattered on bathroom walls - Toothpaste splattered on walls and mirror -

I stayed all weekend and rhey never filled the towels for the pool area not once. Yet we couldnt bring our towels down feom the room. It was not fun walking SO far back our rooms freezing sopping wet. And my mother stayed in separate room and upon arrival there qas a dude sleeping in their bed in their roo.
