Top View needs renovation

First class site according to view and location inside Ramateuelle, quite calm though some sounds from valley streets. For the first class prize the object would need some renovation (esp. doors) and maintenance of garden.

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, mit einem wunderschönen Blick über Berge und Meer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Ein schöner Aufenthalt. Man muss allerdings in Kauf nehmen, das Gepäck über eine Treppe zu tragen oder einen Weg zu rollen, nur zur Info, aber ansonsten war alles super, auch die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin.

ruhiges entspanntes Wohnen

Direkt am Rand des Dorfes mit terrassiertem relativ großen Grundstück (das allerdings pflegebedürftig ist) ; stilvolles, gut ausgestattetes und gemütliches Haus, das auch die modernen Annehmlichkeiten bietet. Wundervolle Aussicht auf die Halbinsel. Zu berücksichtigen ist die Lage in einer kleinen Sackgasse, die nicht mit dem Auto befahren werden kann. Ein Auto muss auf den öffentlichen kostenfreien Parkplätzen abgestellt werden.
