There was adequate space for the 4 of us. The TV was massive, and the hot tub was a cool amenity. The kitchen was large and had anything you would need to accommodate. For the most part, this vrbo served our purposes of needing a place to stay near our true destination and offered enough amenities. A couple things to note, however, that could be improved.The check-in process was weird. Typically you would be sent all the information for your stay, including everything you would need for check in and check out. I received no instructions whatsoever for check in and had to contact the host directly for lock box code and navigate from there at 12AM. She did mention the code is usually sent so I'm not sure who dropped the ball here. Check out was a similar situation. No information was provided at all, for example, where to put towels for the host, etc. so we just put them in the laundry room. There also were no instructions for operating any of the amenities. I don't want to be contacting the host at all hours of the night and day to figure out how to access and work amenities. That information should be provided for ease of use. The hot tub and heater in the living room would be 2 of the things to include, as well as info for the base board heating devices across the unit. Especially considering that those can be a fire risk. It also was never mentioned in the listing that you would have to control the heat in the house using individual base board heaters for every room.
