Nestled in the heart of the iblean countryside, only 2 km from the sea of Plaja Grande and 5 km from Marina di Ragusa and Donnalucata, at the center of UNESCO protected area of Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Scicli. The apartment offers an excellent opportunity for family holidays near the sea. Both Donnalucata and Marina di Ragusa offer accessible beaches, and gently sloping sand flats which are ideal for children. The apartment is on the lower ground floor of a beautiful villa and enjoy the use of a private and secure swimming pool. The entrance and parking with remote-controlled gate are shared with owners who inhabit higher plan. The whole property is fenced with stone walls.
The apartment is 85 sq.m., sleeps four/5 people; it is new, fully furnished and equipped for a nice stay (linen, towels, dishes, glasses, pots).
Pool: 15x7 m., available from the beginning of June till the beginning of October, has a paved area in stone with an adjacent guest house with a bathroom; an umbrella, long chairs, and outside shower are available as well as verandas and barbecue.
Free covered parking is available within the property.
The apartment is set in a beautifully kept, enclosed garden (one hectare) surrounded by olive groves and carob trees.

Traumhafter Urlaub zu fairem Preis

Tolle Lage, traumhaftes Anwesen, genialer Pool, supernetter, hilfsbereiter aber zurückhaltender Vermieter, in der Woche viele nahe leere Traumstrände, tolle Ausflüge und bezahlbare Restaurants. Supermarkt 5 Minuten mit dem Auto tägl. geöffnet. Sehr entspannter Urlaub! Das Appartment selbst ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Schrank für 5 P. zu klein, Kühlschrank groß. Für uns war das Domizil für den Preis in jedem Fall in Ordnung. Minuspunkt war der muffige Geruch der Souterrainwohnung, lange Wartezeiten auf Warmwasser sowie die Tatsache dass man seinen Müll regelmäßig selbst im Ort entsorgen musste. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit in diesem kleinen Paradies mit Meerblick sehr genossen. Unsere Kinder hatten auch nach intensiver Poolnutzung mit Tauchen kein Brennen in den Augen und auch sonst keine Probleme mit dem Wasser oder so.

Grosse deception

La location est un sous sol aménagé ,à côté du garage du propriétaire, sans autre ouverture que la porte d'entrée , avec des soupirails donnant sur un vide sanitaire de la maison au dessus!!! La photo n'est donc pas appropriée le confort est plus que sommaire: ni four ni micro ondes, ni bouilloire ni cafetière electrique.L'appartement est donc trés sombre et la lumière est nécessaire toute la journée Les meubles sont vieux et dispersés : deux méchants lits avec des draps et couvertures minables, un torchon et trois serviettes. Malgré des emails du propriétaire pour venir nous chercher au centre ville vu l'isolement de la maison et la difficulté de s'y rendre, rien n'avait été préparé pour nous accueillir ( accueil par un voisin , le propriétaire étant en voyage) le salon de jardin était sale et nous avons du le laver avant de l'utiliser! La piscine était indisponible à notre arrivée ( couverte avec une vieille bâche tenue avec des bidons!!) Le jour de notre départ, le propriétaire voulait la mettre à notre disposition! De plus, deux "appartements " se touchent , les "terrasses sont contigües et on ne peut pas prendre les repas dehors car on est les uns sur les autres. Ce fut un très mauvais choix de notre part et nous n'avons dormi que trois nuits au lieu des quatre payées.
