Beautiful property in a great location in Radium! The place was bright and clean, wonderful space for our large party of 13 people. Great for hosting and eating together.

Great place to stay for our family and friends. Lots of room and good light. Kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and a gathering place to visit. Gear room/laundry room is perfect for skiers with bags and gear to dry out and hotsprings soakers to wash their suits and towels. The park across the street is great for kids of all ages. Our older Kids spent a lot of time at the basketball court and playing fooseball and pinball at the house. Loved turning on the fire places and relaxing after our day adventures!! We will definitely stay here next time we are in Radium.

The place was lovely. The renter downstairs caused much frustration for our family. The contact from the host was great, but we felt on edge about what might be coming next or what else might come up.

The house is BEAUTIFUL and was a great fit for our family. Overall, we would stay again! There were a few things off: the bathroom doors on the main floor are sliding doors, and not hinged. The bathroom door in the master doesn’t stay closed. At all. The door to the half bath leaves about a 2 inch gap between the door and the frame. So privacy is not there.The 2nd bdrm on the main floor doesn’t have a closet, so our daughter had to hang her clothes in ours (not a big deal, just wanted to note it. There is a nice dresser though.)There are long term tenants in the basement. We spoke with them & asked them to let us know if we were bothering them. They were pleasant. And they were gone during the week. They did smoke A LOT of cannabis on their patio, which I understand is legal, but it wafted up into the part of the house we were in. I didn’t want to get fined for the smell, and it’s not something we partake inThey also had a loud gathering over the weekend that kept our girls up until 2a. There were some cleanliness issues. The fridge drawers & under the bottom was dirty. And the rugs in the master and the dining room have several stains, which just felt ick.It is for sale, so will that affect bookings? Or if they’ll have showings while guests are there? The final issue was discrepancies in the boarding pass vs. the binder. The cleaner said she was supposed to be there at 10-and she was-but the boarding pass said 11. She was nice, but irritated and I was still in my pjs
