The hotel itself was great with great staff and service except the poor staff was left trying to explain why they couldn't get a technician to fix internet access for my entire 10 ten stay. A four star hotel should have technical person on staff to make sure that internet is always available. For better of for worse, in today's world internet is essential. For people like me, internet access actually provides me with more opportunity to travel as i can do some work away from office and i can communicate at will. I felt totally naked and am now trying to catch up on issues that i could have dealt with while my beautiful wife slept. The beds are not that comfortable and the mini-bar did not refridgerate.
