This detached house, located on the edge of the woods, boasts a large enclosed plot of 4,300 m² (minimum 80 cm wall or barrier). Secluded yet easily accessible, this single-story cottage will charm you with its comfort and tranquility.

Nearby: the village of Queyrières (1.6 km), Meygal Forest (1.6 km), Le Pertuis (5 km) (via ferrata), St-Julien-Chapteuil (10 km) (church, Jules Romains Museum, all shops and services).
