No hot water at all. No soap in the basin area, kettle had parts missing, coffee cup was dirty, towels were grey in colour with fraying on the ends. Although a budget hotel room, I would still expect things to work and be clean and tidy.

No problems with arrival late as key in door. Tidy but very congested for 2 people. Heater too small for the cold. But in all no real issues. We loved Queenstown lots to do.

Furniture obviously purchased from "op shop" Torn curtain. Shortage of accommodation in this area but room was disappointing.
