This stylish and modern two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home is perfectly positioned in an elevated location, offering breathtaking panoramic views over Lake Whakatipu and the majestic Remarkables mountain range.

Spread across two levels, the home is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. The bedrooms include one with a queen bed and another with a king bed that can be split into two singles, making it ideal for families or friends travelling together. A foldable single bed is also available upon request, please note that this is only suitable for a child.

The light-filled open-plan living area features a cosy gas fireplace, Smart TV, and access to a private deck with an outdoor gas fireplace – the perfect setting to unwind after a day of adventure. A BBQ is also available for relaxed evening meals with a view. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, coffee plunger, and everything you need to prepare meals at home.

For added convenience, the home includes high-speed, unlimited Wi-Fi, as well as both a washing machine and dryer, making it the perfect spot for longer stays. Space for one vehicle within the garage is available for guest use, making parking easy and storage for your gear safe throughout your stay.

Located just a 5-minute drive from Queenstown Airport and Frankton’s shopping precinct, and only 7 minutes to central Queenstown, you`re perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of the region.
