Nightmare - Should taken away from all websites!

It was the dirtiest accommodation I booked for the last time! Cheep and partly damaged furniture, scary beds and bathroom. We were leaving immediately after we had found another accommodation for that night.

Mein Aufenthalt war für 3 Nächte geplant.Zwei Wochen vor der Anreise, habe ich Kontakt mit dem Vermieter aufgenommen und nach dem Prozedere der Schlüsselübergabe gefragt.Seine Auskunft war,einfach nur anrufen,dann sei er in 5 min da.Am Anreisetag klappte es nicht.Keiner war zu erreichen,9xprobiert. AussenKlingel funktionierte nicht.Desolate Zustände im Zimmer.Ein anderer Gast hat geholfen und mir seinen Schlüssel gegeben.Der Vermieter wurde darüber per Mail informiert.Ich bekam zwei Tage keinen Rückruf.Bis dann eine Zwischentür im Eingangsbereich verschlossen war und mit dem verbogenen Schlüssel nicht zu öffnen war.Darauf hin erneuter Anruf meinerseits beim Vermieter. Seine Mutter kam zu Hilfe. Schlussendlich habe ich nach zwei Nächten Sachen gepackt u bin gegangen u musste mir für 1 Nacht noch was suchen. Bad in miserablen Zustand.Abfluss in der Dusche verkeimt u im Waschbecken Rohr undicht.Läuft alles auf den Boden. Heizung ging. Lage zentral in der Altstadt,das ist gut.

Mit Mängeln, aber gute Lage

Leider gab es einige Mängel, obwohl wir bei diesem niedrigen Preis auch nix groß erwartet haben. Eine nicht gut verklebte Glastür, die das Zimmer vom Flur trennte, erlaubt den Blick ins Innere. Der Wasserkocher ist defekt, die Rückwand vom Bett sollte nicht belastet werden, die Dusche ist leider, trotz Renovierungsaufwand, schon sehr schimmlig. Die Lage entschädigt etwas, da es direkt im Zentrum liegt! Mit ein wenig Aufwand wäre es völlig ok. Schade, hat Potential.

Extrem schlechte Unterkunft, total baufällig und hat sogar ein Baustellenschild im Fenster hängen. Die Badezimmertür schloss erst gar nicht, also darf man keine Privatsphäre erwarten. Dann ist sie sogar zweimal aus der Zarge gefallen, weil sie gar nicht verankert war und hat uns bald erschlagen. Zu allem Überfluss soll uns das nun sogar angehängt werden. So kann man auch eine Unterkunft auf anderer Leute Kosten sanieren. Von der Sauberkeit rede ich mal lieber erst gar nicht. Absolut unter aller Sau und schade, dass eine private Notsituation, von der der Vermieter wusste, nun so ausgenutzt werden soll.

Die Lage war gut und es gab ein Bett. Kein warmes Wasser, mangelnde Sauberkeit.Zimmer war im Rohbauzustand. War wohl von allen schlimmen Zimmern das schlimmste. Zum Glück nur eine Nacht. Die zusätzlich anfallende Gebühren von 15 Euro waren bei Expedia nicht ersichtlich. Das ist täuschend und nicht verbraucherfreundlich. Auf Beachrichtigungen wurde nicht geantwortet.
