Very Nice hotel for family/ couple to stay in when you are in Quebec City

Close to the old Quebec but not very clean and not very comfortable .

Overall a very nice hotel for the price. Very convenient to Old Quebec. We enjoyed every minute of our visit.

It was a wonderful trip. Only a few minutes down the road from Old Quebec, which is just the most beautiful place you'll ever see. There's also a grocery store and a Tim Hortons withing walking distance. A wonderful hotel.

Poor breakfast not eough for a little bird. This hotel must improve the breakfast.

Great staff, good location, availability to book many tours, free breakfast and parking, close to big supermarket (Maxi)-about 200 meters

Good for budget. Its an economical hotel. would worth a try.

good accomodation and facilities for a good rate, breakfast was included.. not far from downtown.

The hotel offered everything a person needs for an accommodation but it did not offer anything above a basic experience. The rooms were outdated. The towels were thin and scratchy. The lighting was dim and the room temperatures were uneven -either very cold in bathroom to very warm in other room. The carpet was thin and did not seem clean.

Very convenient, very clean, staff at the Front Desk was very helpful. Will definitely recommend it. Stay from December 26 to December 30, 2013

there's breakfast that is included but the soap/shampoo is unusable.

Very clean and confortable room. Its only like 4 mi from downtown. Is as offered.

Make the reservation on OrbiXtz. Spend 3 nights at four of us for a very decent price. Room was nice (2 separate rooms within the same hotel room, one for the kids, one for us) Room was clean, equipped with a fridge and coffee maker Breakfast and swimming pool were decent, but good for what we pay for. If you have a car, you're only 10-15 min from being parked downtown

It's outdated, it's not particularly clean, the toilets kept running, blankets were thin and the quilts undersized for Canada in winter, they apparently had WiFi internet, but the password they gave us didn't work. The floor was an ancient looking faux wood linoleum. The staff was nice and I understand it is Quebec and French is the spoken language, but go to a more upscale hotel and a larger percentage of the staff will speak English which is certainly a helpful convenience for some tourists. As far as location it's a couple miles from downtown which puts it just outside walking distance. A cab was about $10 from the Grand Alee. They had a Continental Breakfast, video slot machines, a bar, a pool (cold, small, dirty, and without a hot tub or stocked towels), but ultimately unless I was there on business and trying to save I'd spend a few extra bucks per night and stay in the Old City on my next visit. It's the sort of roadside worn down place that is fine when you're travelling through, but doesn't make for a great destination, and the location isn't ideal enough to warrant the step down in amenities over other Quebec offerings. It definitely looked better than the other motels on the Boulevard St. Anne, however, which I'd definitely steer away from. On the upside it did look like they might have allowed pets, we saw several while we were there, so if you want to travel with your pooch it might be a viable option.

Had to find somewhere to escape a storm, booked online, good price, excellent staff.

it`s the best in value . i will go again for sure, the location is very good 10 min drive with all the Restoration

Very Good, short drive to Old Town Quebec, that was important to us

Just a 5 minute drive to the city. Hotel was clean, nice staff at frontdesk. Quite a big breakfast buffet (fruit, pastry, bagels, pastries, cereal), no limit on number of items as some suggested. Really good for the price.

A very good balance price-quality! I have been there several times, never dissapointed.

it has a very good location 10 minutes from everywhere specially old quebec , the stuff there was awesome specially the director she is the best guide that you can ever has. the room is big not very luxury but best in this price. I will go back this is for sure.
