Vale o que cobra mas precisa melhorar

Primeiramente é preciso lembrar, medir a relativizar que a propriedade está sobre uma salina. Isolada. Um céu espetacular, do mesmo nível dos vizinhos Atacama e Uyuni. Staff se desdobra para oferecer o melhor, nem todos simpáticos mas todos muito educados. Quase todos são locais. Tudo que se serve está incluso. Tivemos um excelente jantar pareado com ótimos vinhos da Colomé e um café da manhã muito bons, servido no domo que funciona como recepção e restaurante. O domo ao lado é uma sala de estar bem aconchegante. Nosso domo era um superior. Lindo, grande e confortável. Nessa categoria, há uma tina/ofurô. Por ser aquecido com lenha, eles dizem que leva 3hs para aquecer a água. Poderiam ter nos passado essa info antes da chegada ou nos perguntado sem gostaríamos de utilizá-lo. Falta cuidado em outros aspectos. Não havia sabonete na pia do banheiro. Não há hidratante. Fazem abertura de cama mas não havia água no frigobar. Deixaram apenas água quente para chá. O mais grave: não havia água quente a noite nem de manhã cedo. Ficamos sem banho porque tomar banho gelado com -5C no ambiente não dá. Outros hóspedes disseram que durante o dia há água quente. Depois um staff justificou, dizendo que a placa solar não segura a temperatura muito tempo depois que o sol se pōe. Em resumo, o Pristine vale o investimento alto. Mas precisa melhorar. Não dá para achar normal banho frio num hotel de mais de USD1300 a noite.

Experiência incrível!!! Local extremamente pitoresco e lindíssimo! O serviço é excepcional. O staff extremamente simpático! As comidas são ótimas. Não explicam bem nas avaliações que li antes de ir, mas é all inclusive, inclusive de bebidas alcoólicas. Só precisa moderar pois o hotel está a 3.400 mts de altitude. Uma diária é suficiente para desfrutar da experiência.

Einmal im Leben muss man dies gesehen haben

Das Hotel liegt in einer einzigartigen Umgebung auf einem Salzsee. Kommt man mit einem Auto, wird man in der Nähe bei Tres Morros abgeholt. Da es keine anderen Gäste gab, konnten wir mit dem eigenen Wagen weiterfahren. Das Hotel selbst mit den kuppelförmigen Unterkünften ist eine Klasse für sich. Die Wohnräume sind luxuriös und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Das Hauptgebäude, in dem sich auch das Restaurant befindet, ist ebenfalls sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Essen (Nachtessen mit 3 Gängen) ist absolute Spitzenklasse! Das Personal ist ausnehmend freundlich und hilfsbereit.
