Bad location, dirty room

The location of the hotel is bad, approach roads are extremely dirty with garbage dumped all around. Just opposit to the hotel is the Sankaracharya temple so you will be woken up by the bhajans at 5:30 AM. The complimentary breakfast was average. The hotel is not clean, rooms are dirty, curtains extremely dirty, the doormats dirty and wet, the bed sheets were used ones which they did not bother to change. The room was damp and smelt musty, does not look like it has been aired for a long time. Staff were pushing for taking meals in their restaurant and for giving a five rating for the stay. Won't stay here again.
