Location, Location

Easy drive to all that Punta Gorda and surrounding area has to offer. Huge grocery store 5 minutes away, right next to good Asian takeout place. Quiet (vacant lots on each side), safe. Brand name appliances. Plenty of space. Car port keeps car cool and dry. Great pool heater. Huge TV in living room and one bedroom. Lots of nice towels.
