Zel Punta Cana is an excellent couple/family resort if you are looking to have a quiet/relax vacation. Their customer service is outstanding. All the employees are very friendly and attentive making you feel at home. The 4 restaurants are very good and the spa is wonderful. We stayed 8 nights and they had diferent activities every day/night. I highly recommend it.

This was an unforgettable and wonderful experience. I was thoroughly satisfied with the service provided in every aspect. The property is tastefully designed and beautifully decorated, and it is well-maintained. It was an incredible vacation. I want to highlight the exceptional attention of the waiters and staff in general. The restaurants offer excellent service, and the food in all of them was delicious, especially at the Buffet and the Beach Club. I want to express my gratitude to everyone, but especially to Alejandra Vasquez, who was always aware of each of our needs.

The environment was great. Very friendly staff that treat you like royalty. Stunning resort decoration. The aeroyoga classes were amazing and Sharca, the instructor was very nice and professinal. Priscilla was like another memver of our family. She was with us in every activity scheduled by the resort. The management was also amazing and very receptive to recommendations. Ricardo Mejias immediately resolved a minor issue on one of the restaurants. He stressed out the importance of guests feeling relaxed while staying at Zel. We stayed 10 days in the resort and definitely will come back in the future.

We arrived and were so warmly welcomed. The gentleman who checked us in found us a ground floor room which is just what my husband needed with his limited mobility and our check in went so smoothly. We’ve only been here a couple of hours but so far everything is so great we booked a couple more nights.

Property is pretty clean and the environment is amazing. Staff in the front desk is super welcoming and very friendly. Food was pretty good. Very nice hotel if you want to relax. The beach is not right in the property but they have trolleys that takes you every 5 minutes. The beach is only like 2 minutes away. I’ll recommend to make all your restaurants reservations the same day you arrive in the property because sometimes when you try to make the reservation the same day is not available. Like the live Japanese restaurant. The staff was so amazing that even though they didn’t have space the night I wanted to eat there they accommodated my partner and I. The security throughout the property is on point. I really enjoyed my 6 days stay. I’ll definitely return. Another cons is the beach has a lot of sargasso even tho they try to keep it clean. I think the government should get more involved in that part to keep those amazing beaches free from it.

Exelent staff, they really make you feel home. Super confortable rooms. Very quiet still enjoyable. Food should definitely be improved. Very few options compared with other sorrounding all inclusive hotels I've stayed in the past. Overall a great experience. Thank you!!!
