El resort es muy bonito, la decoración y cada detalle en sí es precioso y diferente. Hay varias opciones de restaurantes me encantó el de carnes y el de playa y los demás también la comida era buena. Las habitaciones son una maravilla, la decoración, olor todo. Las piscinas limpias pero el agua un poco fría, los tragos eran buenos y el personal en su mayoría daban un buen servicio personalizado. Lo único que podría decir que pueden mejorar es que solo hay un buffet y las opiniones de comida son extremadamente limitadas y un poco frías. Pero tienen la opción de comer en los restaurantes sin reserva así que it’s Okay

The room was clean. They couldn't give me a room with a king bed. That was a big let down in my book. Points deducted. Grounds are beautiful. Staff was nice. Lobby smelled good. Beach club was the highlight.

It is a nice hotel, if you want to stay in a calm place with good food and good staff this will be it. Not to many people, not loud music, not crowded beach or restaurants. I received my platinum benefits of wine bottle and spa bonus that I used. The spa is great! And the staff managed to put us in the same room the whole wknd as we reserved one day separately. But I didnt receive the room upgrade even though I asked for it. Our concierge Robert was too nice. Alexis the manager was also very diplomatic and the rest of the staff. The bartender girl from the beach serves the best drinks! The only thing I would say is that they could get better is the logistics, communication between the staff. Sometimes they could repeat some information or didn’t know about other. But as a new hotel I know that will improve. In front of it there is the Rafa Nadal tennis courts. My fave tennis player!

My fiancée and I stayed here for a week and had an amazing time. Zel is quiet and zen, but the staff are lively and so welcoming. The hotel and room were gorgeous, clean, and spacious, and the food was incredible. Our point of contact, Raphy, was by far the most integral part of what made our experience so memorable! He was lovely, personable and extremely attentive. He made us feel at home right away, and was always a text/call away when we needed anything. He consistently went the extra mile from beginning to end to make our stay more special and relaxing. Thanks to Raphy and the rest of Zel's staff for making our stay amazing, we will definitely be back.

My mom, sister and I had a week long vacation here and Alvaro was with us the whole way! He was so helpful, kind and patient. He assisted us with whatever we needed. Alexis the experience manager was also so helpful, its not everyday the higher ups in a resort or hotel take time and care into cultivating an experience specific to their guests needs and we are so thankful to him for that. The staff overall was so great from the housekeeping to the servers at the restaurants, everyone treated us like family and after a week that’s what it felt like we became considering the resort is a smaller more intimate resort which we really loved. We also had an amazing day at the spa, the three of us got a massage and it was top of the line service. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to travel to punta cana.

We had bad luck from the start. Our room wasn’t ready. It was dirty, management tried to accommodate, but seems like everything was going wrong. Three rooms they took us to, were not ready. The food at the buffet was often cold, there were very little vegetarian options, as well as other dietary restrictions. No food alterations possible. The spa was not available due to a celebrity being on site. Bicycles were in ok condition, but a lot of work to rent, there is not an attendant available and you have to wait for them to show up. The beach is ways away, there is a golf cart that takes you back and forth.

Zel was very aesthetically pleasing. Tropical with and cozy vibes from the lobby to the rooms. The service was great and the majority of staff speaks English, the food at this property was really good. Our favorite dining option was the steak house 10/10. We had a butler that came with our room, Erickson was very helpful in making our stay comfortable and unforgettable. I highly recommend booking a treatment at the spa, definitely my top experience at this resort. This property also has a club on site which was fun to go to after dinner.
