Love this place! Been there 3 times & cant wait to go back!

I love how their entertainment team is always happy and keeping clients happy and entertained at all times. Did not liked the customer service provided from Turissimo (transportation company) that provide services at the lobby.

it has been a disappointing stay bc we know this Hotel for a few years and except the entertainment guys every thing else is very low class starting with the food very poor for the price between the prestige and the regular rooms not much difference.... for the price they ask for .

The property is getting old and out dated. It had cockroaches in the bathroom. Very noisy in the morning and impossible to find the lounge seats at the pool.

The staff had excellent customer service. They were just awesome! I would highly recommend buying the “privilege” option! You have a dedicated Butler who makes everything perfect for your stay!

Our 5th time back and it was a wonderful time. The beach, pools, food, and drink are plentiful. The staff, from the bartender's, maid's, entertainment staff, security, and so many more, are just so friendly and nice they make you feel welcome. Looking forward to our next visit.

Will get to the ill part below, but a word about the overall facilities and staff. First, the good news: The staff is phenomenal. Absolutely wonderful, gracious and welcoming. They are proud to show off their country and are eager to serve and please the guests. Cannot say enough about them. Bad news: Yes the area has been hit by several major storm this season - but that doesn't account for the ceiling fan in my room not working... Or the lamp in my room not working... Or NEITHER of the two jacuzzi tubs in my room not working (each for a different reason)... Or the bed/mattress/pillows all about 5 years overdue for retirement. I do expect wear and tear - but all of this put together, and in a Privilege Room no less? Quite disappointing. As for falling sick... I ate dinner (just before closing) of the last (only) restaurant open on Monday night. I'm not sure how long my meal may have been sitting/cooking in the kitchen that evening, but after 3 or 4 bites I concluded something was quite off, did not finish, and left. By the time I returned to my room I was violently ill. Needed to call the resort doctor and it kept me fairly incapacitated until my departure on Thursday. Perhaps it was the food, perhaps it was the water (I was careful to drink only bottled everywhere, but they were pouring from open pitchers at the restaurant so who knows?). Yes these things do happen when you travel to these areas - but it was pretty darn awful for a few days.

Even though in this corporation we have very strict pest control. In this beautifull Island we do have also many tropical insects, but we do everything to keep it under control. in some moments of the day, pool area is full, but we also have sunbeds by the beach, where you can enjoy our wonderfull weather.
