The property was alright, the food is not bad at all. The staff are friendly, but please don’t book the shuttle on the website, it’s a terrible idea it’s so expensive and you can’t find them at the airport. Just take cab is so cheaper and convenient, they take you straight to the hotel and multiple stops. No Shuttle!!!

The resort is beautiful. I don't like the insistence on "giving you a gift" when they really want you to waste some of your time trying to convince you to become a member of their privilege club. The table service at the buffet was very slow. Other than that, I love that beach water is calm, the pool was great, the service at the pool bar was excellent. The music and entertainment was also very good.

The cleanliness was outstanding but the staff’s welcoming and courtesy defined customer service. However the WiFi service needs major improvement which is the only 1 negative I found.

From the moment we landed to the moment we left, my daughter and I were treated like royalty. The resort is very beautiful, the staff is super attentive. Our room was always very clean. The cleaning lady was an especially sweet woman. I truly have to say we had an amazing time here and am glad I did not buy into the recent bad press as the reality did not match up in any way, shape or form.

The place was cleaned and in great condition. The staff was super friendly. I would definitely go back again.

Rooms were dirty. Too many cockroaches. Lights went out. Air codintoner didn’t work

Picked this resort for the power water sports. Upon arriving they told us jet ski broke a couple of days ago and the boat that had a motor that you rent came with it’s own captain.

The property was clean and nice but the staff was horrible. The service was lacking.

The resort is spotless, beautiful landscaping, staff is the friendliest, nice pool and kiddie pools. Food is good- not great in buffet. Cocktail Drinks are ehhh..We shucked to beer. Of 3additional restaurant we only liked the French. Very good entertainment and wonderful entertainment team. Lot of activities during the day. Water is clean but isn’t clear, no waves. Spa is enjoyable - we took deep tissue couple massage and it was great ( thank you Mildred ). We will be back.

The property was alright, the food is not bad at all.
