3.5 out of 5.0

Our room was 1803. Right in front of the pool, next to the snack bar and short walk to the beach. The main buffet and lobby weren't as close. Buffer food was great, lots of variety to pick from, great entertainment at night, the club was fun, drinks were good. Customer service was always excellent. The room was well clean.

Nice vacation in beach relaxing the body nice sunset enjoying sea food and tropical fruits dancing next to sea in fresh air...

I have been in that hotel two times a year for the last 4 years and I will not change it.

Good to receive and serve you. Excellent buffets and delicious coffee. Beautiful pools super clean.

I did not like it the food was horrible no hot water and the service was okay drinks watered down very disappointed

It is an ok hotel. The food was not great and very poor access to internet The hotel staff was helpful and friendly though.

had no hot water to bath and brush teeth. complain to no fix. wouldnt go back for free.

Great hotel . Good food . Good service nice beach but a little far from airport

Nice hotel but the beach sucks durty and small , staff are ok , can't enjoy the beach

Almost everything was pretty good, even the drinks. In DR they are usually very water down. Beautiful hotel, nice pools. Beach not the greatest, i overheard there were some encounters w/ jellyfish stings. We we able to do some of the water sports. Food average. Staff w/ bingo game very rude (a certain man in particular), otherwise everyone else was pretty friendly.

Glad I selected this resort! Enjoyed our stay with my family greatly.

First of all the pictures that are posted on the Internet are not accurate. The water at the beach on this resort is not clear at all!!! There is a river on this resort that dumps into the ocean so the water looks really dirty and cloudy. We stayed for 6 nights and I had to call guest services for wash clothes 5 times. The bed was like sleeping on a rock, we had no hot water 2 different days we were there, the shower head was broken and the safe that we paid to use was also falling apart!! Very few people on the staff there spoke enough English to understand you. The resort is also under construction which is not posted on their website. So there was a lot of noise and paint fumes near the pool. Not worth the money we paid!!

Hotel key kept getting deactivated everday even when it was not near any electronic device. Per staff this is the reason. Having to walk back and forth multiple times in the heat everyday.

EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL EXCEPT POWER WOULD GO OUT TO OFTEN IN HOTEL.

Rooms were clean and comfortable food at buffet was good facilities at hotel was also good

My room flooded two times from the rain.Water was coming from outside below the door. They didn't want to change my room to put me on second floor, they claimed that they don't have any rooms.Front desk people is very rude. Don't waste your money.

Resort was in excellent condition and very clean. I would recommend coming with a group and learn some basic Spanish. Lots of activities but not many of the exciting ones are included. Call ahead to review what's available.

Hotel was very good food was also good but the buffet was the same everyday

The hotel grounds were very nice however the rooms are a bit dated and we had issues with the ac working on a consistent basis. We regret upgrading to their gold package. We went for 3 nights to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. I upgraded after reading on the website that the gold package received additional benefits including restaurant reservations. Needless to say we were forced to eat at the buffet on our anniversary night due to all 2 restaurants being booked up prior to our arrival. The staff who worked in th golden reception made no attempt to accommodate and said it was my problem for not booking a reservation in advance. The same lady who earlier told me everything was booked days before we arrived. Entertainment staff was very nice and salvaged our evening by dancing and conversing with us. We were contemplating looking into the privilege club however after the customer service at the gold level, decided not to waste another penny at the resort.

We had a great time and met some wonderful people. The food wasn't the best and had us sick for a night. But that didn't deter our overall time.
