El apartamento cuenta con dormitorio y un living que se dividen por paneles divisorios que permiten abrir el ambiente durante el día. El sofa cama es de 1,85m de largo, ideal para 2 niños. Además cuenta con un sofa cama individual de ser necesario. Cuenta con una terraza propia del apartamento para disfrutar de un fogón o un asado con vista al mar. No tiene escaleras para el acceso.
