My partner and I had a pretty unpleasant experience with this accommodation. A solid handful of the amenities listed in the description were nowhere to be found. The cleanliness was not up to par. The pool was unswimmable with its murky green waters. Their wifi only works within a close range of the front desk and all the rooms are quite far from it. There is also no access to any transportation except at exuberant rates. Very minimal food options all around and no kitchen access. If certain things had been made clear before our arrival/booking we would have had a different outlook. Luckily the other resorts close by were very helpful and helped us get back to town after one night into our 4 night stay. After trying to negotiate a refund because of the blatant omission of facts and overall lack of amenities the owner was having none of it and refused everything. Even to help us get back to the city.
