Antes de seleccionar este hotel lei varias rese~as. Debo decir que no me equivoque al seleccionar quedarme aqui y experimentar mi primera visita a Rep. Dominicana en este Resort. La atencion de los empleados es excepcional. La comida es variada y si no desea comer en los buffet cuentan con restaurantes con menu a la carta, pero debe hacer su reservacion. La playas y facilidades estan en optimas condiciones. Todas las noches tienen un show, muy bueno y divertido. Este resort no cuenta con discotecas, algo en lo personal que me gusto, porque fui a descansar y pasarla bien con la familia. Algo que puede mejorar es que varios dias no contamos con agua caliente, el agua fria no la encontre tan mal, como se siente aqui en EU pero soportable igual que en PR. Tambien en el area de bar deberian contar con mas variedad de licores y variendad de tragos. Muy extrano que no contraran con licores reconocidos por el pais como el Brugal o el Leyenda. Otro punto es que al siguiente dia que llegamos nos invitaron a mostrarnos las facilidades, aceptamos con gusto pues nos indicaron que no tardaria mucho, pero no fue asi terminamos en una orientacion larguisima para ofrernos ser socios como un "Time Share" esto nos molesto o hasta nos incomodo porque el resort tiene mucho que ofrecer y el tiempo de la estadia, al menos el de nosotros era limitado. Por lo demas todo bien. Nos encanto! y de seguro volveremos ya que algunos empleados se convirtieron en familia de lo bien que nos trataron.
DO NOT GET VIP MEMBERSHIP. Pay so much money for nothing. Management sucks. No one knows how to communicate. This used to be my favorite place to vacation and now it’s the worse. No clubs are open. Half of the beaches were closed and we weren’t informed. They kept using COVID as an excuse but then put 800 people in the colosseum like sardines. NEVER AGAIN.
Will be coming back soon.
This property is extremely outdated and needs to be remolded and deep cleaned our rooms were not cleaned

The staff is very helpful and friendly, I like the restaurant variety, the entertainment shows were great and I like the dancers. The dancers are very friendly and respectful.
The Presedential Lifestyle Resort is a wonderful place to vacation! Very accommodating, comfortable, friendly staff, excellent restaurants and not too crowded. Highly recommend this resort.

Love the property. Some of the staff acted annoyed at times, but most were very attentive.
Second time at this resort, and I love coming here. Staff is awesome, food is great. Only downside is since it’s been expanding some things are closed, them insisting on becoming members, and VIP not being really VIP
Beautiful, huge resort. Could use some help with food options. More Dominican options as opposed to American food would be nice. Only open about one or two restaurants a day. Very limited options
The place was so beautiful and clean people so so nice and pleasant the guy name jeff transfer us from the suite to the lobby was so professional and so funny at the same time the food has a lot variety, delicious and the chefs very nice i will go back as soon i have another vacation time !!! Love it 😊!!!
Access to all resorts on property. Great staff, friendly. Clean environment.
Hotel did not know about the reservation so not sure why since we had the Orbitz confirmation. Also didn't get the room type we booked, they also had the wrong checkout time.
