When I arrived no one greeted me, gave me a welcome drink our helped with my luggage. Check in was very slow. The wifi was not working. The main area to eat was buffet and was mediocre. My adult jr suite was good. Our pool was cloudy. The beach was nice but they had the chairs pretty far from the water. Drinks they only one name brand of alcohol. I asked for a 2hrs extend time cost me $30.00. The employees that worked everywhere besides the front desk were helpful and very nice. But shout out to Chemi who worked in the wine bar not sue what I would have done without him he was AWESOME!

I really enjoyed my stay here at emotions. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious and clean! Food was pretty standard but overall expected due to it being “resort food”. I came here for my Babymoon and many of the staff members were super helpful with accommodations and supporting me. Love that everything is walkable and the beach is beautiful! Lots of daily activities and for sure family friendly. I would for sure stay here again!

Nice and clean, need to give the room on time, not one hour after 3pm. And make the reservation for dinner easier, could catch it cuz the communication it’s so bad, web site didn’t work neither

One person who stands out of the rest in service and hospitality, Mike you feel welcome and it’s very accommodating is Chimi the sommelier at the winery. Shout out to him ! His great service made a difference. Everyone else was just too indifferent and detached and not caring at all . Facilities is very small and there’s not wait service at the beach area . Also no umbrellas. The only food worthy of eating was at the buffet area . Who has an order gentleman servicing coffee with such gusto and willingness. Shout out to him as well . We were two couples- same experience. Will not return
