Family friendly

We love rocky point and our stay was wonderful. It was abnormally humid when we went but the condo we stayed in was Perfect. Easy access to the beach and pool. The bunk beds were awesome for the kids. The only complaint was the main sliding glass door was hard to open.

Spring Break 2023

Overall this property was in a great location, very quiet and well maintained. However spring breakers and the club down the street kept us up until 3am. Recommend visiting not during spring break, so that your family can experience a magnificent property and staff!

Clean and comfortable

View is beautiful!! Loved the cute beach theme in the condo. Beds were very comfortable, even the pullout on the couch. Had everything we needed except baking pans and oven mitts. The 2nd bedroom has a ceiling fan but could use a stand up fan maybe to block out some of the noises the a/c and wind make in that room. The master tub also didn't plug if you prefer baths. With these additions we would absolutely stay here again and enjoyed our stay!

I've stayed many times in Peñasco and this was definitely the best condo so far. Well furnished, modern, fully stocked kitchen supplies and great beds.

Great place for a family stay. Plenty of open space and the patio was huge with a comfy chair for morning coffee with a view. My only suggestion is to have basic kitchen necessities available (salt/pepper/coffee filters). We bought all of these and left them so hopefully someone else doesn’t have to buy them. Definitely not a reason to not stay there though...it was great.

Family get away

The property was beautiful and spacious. I stopped short of a 5 star rating due to the lack of cooking supplies in the kitchen. I had to run to the resort restaurant to borrow salt for my eggs. We stay exclusively in VRBOs when we travel and usually the kitchens have items you can cook with, salt pepper spices, etc. So I would just strongly recommend these items get added.

Beautiful view, newly decorated.

We enjoyed our stay overall. There was zero response from the condo manager and I contacted him 3 times. The DVD player did not work which was very disappointing for the kids. There is only bottled water-no purification system in the unit. No WiFi in the unit either. We loved the ocean views and the kids loved the slide in the pool. Very thin walls. I was woken up each morning by neighbors and vendors yelling from the beach.

Horrible!!

I would not recommend this condo to anyone! There was no wi-fi, no TV, no house keeping there was a horrible smell of sewage coming from the master bath that filled the entire condo. Not an enjoyable stay at all.
