Relaxing Vacation

Resort needs some attention around the pool area. Restaurant on site had good, relatively affordable prices, wish it would open for breakfast. Access roads to the resort need major attention, pot holes, trash, fencing etc. overall, i will go back to Puerto Penasco but will shop around more to try and find more bang for the money or a nice discount.

This unit, W305 is a beautiful condo. The amenities are beautiful and updated. The unit is very easy to stay in plus warm and relaxing. The host was easy to communicate with and nice. Would love to stay again!

Great getaway.

Very nicely decorated home, with waterfront ocean view. In the heart of Sandy Beach. The owner was a pleasure to work with and quick to answer any questions and or concerns. Would highly recommend this unit if your in need of a 2 bedroom 2 bath home.

Valentines getaway

The room is fantastic and communication with the host was phenomenal! He was willing to accommodate our request to check in early, so we were able to have couples massages at the spa! Highly recommend!

Great condo with amazing view

Condo was great and the owner was very responsive and helpful when needed. The only recommendation I have would be to use a key pad on the door instead of keys because the lockbox is hard to open with nails but I would rent again for sure!

Weekend get away

Always a pleasure staying at Jay's condos. All of his condos at any of the resorts in Rocky Point are very nice and clean. Communication with Jay is amazing answers within the same day and so helpful. Will continue to stay at his condos whether it's just for a weekend getaway, fun with friends or just a family trip.

In Love!

This condo exceeded the expectations!! From the moment you check in to this resort it’s all smiles ! When we opened the door nothing but the sea! Rooms comfortably set up, with a modem touch. Welcoming, relaxing stay!

This little condo was perfect for our short stay in Rocky Point. We especially liked the wide balcony, accessed by both the master and the living area. Furnished simply, you'll need to bring your own coffee, but most everything else was there. Sparkling clean and a true little oasis!
