The property is composed of two distinct buildings — the East and the West — offering a total of 11 suites with 16 beds in all. The East Building features four King Suites and four Double-Queen Suites, while the West Building offers three private retreats — one Master King Suite and two Queen Suites. Altogether, five King beds and ten Queen beds comfortably accommodate up to 30 guests. This versatile layout allows groups to gather, celebrate, and relax with ease while still enjoying the privacy of separate suites.

Inside, sun-filled living spaces are designed in a modern-rustic coastal style, combining natural textures, warm tones, and local artistry to create a sense of refined comfort. Step outside to discover the resort’s heated pool, shaded lounge areas, and lush landscaped gardens, all offering a peaceful escape for connection and leisure. The rooftop terrace provides sweeping views of Las Conchas and is a perfect setting for sunset gatherings, cocktail hours, or private events.

For guests who love to dine, private chef service for breakfast and dinner is included with your stay. Simply bring the ingredients you prefer, and our chef will prepare custom meals to your taste. Full-service catering can also be arranged for weddings, retreats, or large-scale celebrations. Guests are welcome to enjoy the elegant outdoor kitchen, complete with a large grill, burners, and a flat-top griddle, as well as filtered water and ice. Please note that the indoor commercial stove is reserved for the resort chef.

Your stay includes daily housekeeping, purified water and ice, and ample parking (including bus- and trailer-friendly space). An on-site EV charging station is available for guest use (autopay setup), and the top floor of the West Building features a fitness room, game room, and reunion room available throughout your stay. Our dedicated concierge can assist with planning local excursions such as sand-dune tours, whale watching, snorkeling, fishing, or cultural experiences across Puerto Peñasco — ensuring your group’s stay is effortless and memorable.
