New stunning shower tile n new glass on the bathroom shower. New bathroom cabinet n mirror. New kitchen bar stools and new stain steel appliances.
Gourmet kitchen, roomy master with King memory foam mattress bed, luxurious bedding n towels. 2 smart TVs. Upgraded mattress on sofa bed. 2 huge pools, and restaurant, 2 heated pools during winter, 2 Hot-tubs, tennis court. BBQ area...Lush tropical landscaping throughout. Fall in love with Sandy Beach!
We can add and extra guest (guest #5) for only $30 extra per night. We do need 2 days notice to be able to get and extra wristband from the resort HOA office.
There's lots of restaurants within walking distance from the resort and you will be on the most SAFE area in town. Security guard gate 24/7. Only resort guest are allow. We only do 3 nights stay on all long weekends and festivals please.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Ac unit very load hard to sleep , recliner does not work, sofa and recliner needs to be cleaned , slider needs to be worked on hard time to open , had to buy batters for front door lock , wife had to clean bed frame dusty and Stain on it , balcony furniture needs to be updated. Grate view and location .
