Beautiful finca in a beautiful garden

Very well appointed and spacious property in a beautiful setting. The position off the main road does not impact once inside as it is a haven of tranquility. The weather was mixed while we were there but we used the pool every day as it was heated (often pools aren’t in the Canaries). One suggestion would be to provide fans as in warmer weather the property retains heat. All in all a relaxing high quality holiday experience

Very clean, good accommocations

We were handed the keys, left some fruit and a bottle of wine and that what it. We were not shown how to run the stove, washing machine, TV and the manipulations of the house keys. The turn into the parking lot was very tight and the agent made no attempt to warm me that I was about to hit the side of the gate, The location of the house was so difficult to find that even the taxi drivers could not find it We were not told there would be an invasion of hundreds of ants after a rain and then told that the owner would not come out to help and that there was a can of spray under the sink. It was not our cup of tea

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wunderschöne, große und sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Der beheizte Pool ist ein Highlight. Top Küche um jeden Tag frisch zu kochen. Sehr bequeme Betten mit schön stabilen Kopfkissen. Wir sind einfach nur Happy und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Für Freunde typisch spanischer Einrichtung ideal. Ein wunderbarer Garten mit geheiztem Pool hat das Gesamtbild abgerundet. Sehr zu empfehlende Finca in guter Lage.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet alles was benötigt wird. Es ist wohnlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein für 4 Personen, für 2 ausreichend. Der Garten ist sehr schön und wunderbar gepflegt. Pool und Barbecueplatz sind prima, haben wir oft genutzt. Die Mitarbeiter, die sich um Pool, Gartenpflege und Hausreinigung kümmern sind sehr nett und wirklich sehr hilfsbereit. Danke, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Wir können die Finca nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Die Finca besteht aus zwei Parteien; separaten Häusern. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. Das zweite Haus war nicht vermietet. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Schönes Haus; alles vorhanden. Großer Garten mit Pool; sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe. Auch viele Restaurants; ganz toll San Diego, Restaurante Bogudgedia Enfrente und Restaurante Bollullo.

Finca Paraiso/ Casa Streliza in Puerto de la Cruz

Als Familie verbrachten wir einen wunderschönen 14-tägigen Urlaub auf der Finca Paraiso in der Casa Streliza in Puerto de la Cruz. Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen - sehr geräumig und sehr gepflegt. Am besten hat uns der Garten gefallen, der liebevoll gepflegt und angelegt ist. Wunderbar ist auch der beheizte Pool und der Blick auf das Meer sowie auf das Orotava Tal und dem Teide. Sehr nett und zuvorkommend ist auch das dortige Personal. Der Gärtner pflegt täglich den Garten und legte des Öfteren Avocados und Bananen von der angrenzenden Plantage an unsere Tür. Auch die Reinigungskraft hat zwischendurch frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche gebracht. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Anlage. Wichtig zu wissen: Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich noch ein zweites Haus. Pool/ Garten und Grillecke sind zu teilen. Das war für uns aber absolut problemlos. Einziger doch störenderer Minuspunkt: Direkt am Haus verläuft eine viel befahrene Zufahrtsstraße nach Puerto de la Cruz. Gerade im Haus Streliza, wo die Schlafzimmer zur Straße gelegen sind, ist es sehr laut. Es sind Ohropax zu empfehlen. Für absolut Ruhesuchende also nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Ruhe und Entspannung

Das Objekt kann man empfehlen. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtrig. Die Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen ist sehr gut. Im Haus ist alles da, was man benötigt. Zur Begrüßung standen je eine Flasche Mineralwasser und Rotwein sowie eine Obstschale auf dem Tisch. Auch fanden wir Gesichtsmasken und Desinfektionsmittel vor. Es war an alles gedacht.

Sehr schöne Finca, sehr schönes Grundstück, toller Pool, wenn die Nachbarn passen, ist die Finca absolut weiterzuempfehlen. Lediglich die Straße ist etwas zu hören.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. Tutto in ordine dall'accoglienza fino alla fine. L'immagine della casa corrisponde alla realtà, solo il giardino è più bello dal vero che in fotografia! Una casa ottimamente attrezzata che ci sentiamo senz'altro di consigliare.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr gepflegtes Grundstück mit schönem Meerblick und Teideblick. Der Pool war sehr sauber und mit 24° - 25°C angenehm warm. Das Haus ebenfalls gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Als Mieter sollte man die Küche (Bestecke, Töpfe, Spülmaschine usw.) so hinterlassen, wie man es selbst vorfinden möchte. Das sollte bei der Reinigung mit überprüft werden. Mängel bzw. Defekte wurden vom sehr netten und freundlichen Eigentümer sofort beseitigt. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte das zur Straße gelegene Schlafzimmer mit Ohropax nutzen, da die Fahrzeuggeräusche doch recht deutlich sind. Ein Mietwagen ist notwendig, um einkaufen zu können und Ausflüge zu machen. Insgesamt ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub abseits der "Massen".

Das Haus und besonders der Garten waren wunderbar.

Weil es leider zu kalt war konnten wir den schönen Pool kaum nutzen. Es gab nur einen kleinen elektrischen Heizer, was bei 15 bis 17 Grad abends etwas zu wenig war. Die Bettdecken und Kissen sollten erneuert werden. Aber sonst ein schöner Platz zum Ausruhen und genießen.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft mit schönem Garten und Pool

Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Alles war sehr sauber, die Schlüsselübergabe hat prima geklappt. Pool und Garten waren sehr schön, der Gärtner brachte immer Avocados und Papayas aus der benachbarten Plantage. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in bester Lage

Alles Bestens. nur zum geniessen für den der es so mag. Ruhe, grün und bunt grosszügig, Garten Swimming pool Ambiente und Aussicht &&&. ( Eine Kleinigkeit: Wasserhahn an der Spüle befestigen !!!) Es gab nur einen Minuspunkt; den Vorfall mit dem Schiebetor am Abreisetag. Ansonsten nur zum empfehlen. Grüsse Dieter und Ursula

Schönes Haus, das sehr gut ausgestattet ist. (U.a. sehr reichlich Geschirr und Besteck, Spülmaschine, deutsche Kaffeemaschine , elektrische Saftpresse usw.), es ist wirklich alles vorhanden bis auf seltsamer Weise Eierbecher. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, es gibt einen Swimmingpool, Grillplatz und Sitzplatz. Störend war nur der Verkehrslärm durch die in ca.50 m vorbeiführende Straße. Das Haus ist zwar durch eine Mauer .abgetrennt, die Autos,die fast rund um die Uhr vorbeifahren, hört man aber doch. Daher nur vier Sterne Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit, alles war gut vorbereitet

Toller Blick aufs Meer

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit großem Garten und traumhaften Blick auf den Atlantik. Unseren Kindern hat besonders der Pool gefallen, der auch bei regen zu nutzen ist. Die Hauptstraße nach Puerto Cruz verläuft in unmittelbarer Nähe, wer als absolute Ruhe sucht wird sie nicht finden, uns war es recht so. Ansonsten sehr freundliche Betreuung und wirklich umfangreiche Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung. Sind rundum zufrieden
