We found exactly what we were looking for with this property. The location is perfectly situated on the quiet west end of town, with everything we wanted to do in walking distance. The unit was as advertised: clean, spacious, well-appointed amenities (full kitchen, washer/dryer, smart TVs, gas fire place), first level condo. It is one of about a half dozen units in a private condo residence with on-premise parking. It’s important for people to understand that this unit sharing walls with other residents of the condo property, so you will hear others moving about above you at time—that said, the times we could hear other residents it was not offensive and quiet most of the time.

Nice, but high mileage

The condo was okay - it is quite dark inside as not a lot of exterior light gets in. The condo is "high mileage"....the sleeping pillows in the guest room were old and flat. Owner was quick to come and fix the toilet seat. Three stars out of five. Adequate.

Pleasant but unremarkable

The location of this unit is not too far from town, and the check in and out process was fine. I'm not sure I'd recommend it, though. The owner falsely accused of us damage, of which I have photo evidence we did not cause. He charged us, which I am currently disputing with VRBO. The unit also did not have any essentials - toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and even soap, which are standard.

Not too small, not too big just right!

This property was just what we needed for our trip! 2 couples who had their own bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the condo for privacy .. Beautiful kitchen and baths.. Decor was fantastic. Working with the owner was easy.. As advertised and delivered. So thankful to stay here and helped to make a great visit to Ptown!

Beach Condo

We had a great time staying at Randy's condo in P-Town. The condo was close to the beach, many restaurants and the downtown area. The neighbors at the condo complex were very welcoming and friendly. The condo was as advertised and is fairly well appointed with new furnishings. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen / living room is a nice big open area great for hanging out.

PTown not luxury condo!

Although reasonably equipped and appointed, this didn’t meet luxury level. Bed, ok pillows terrible, towels motel six. Attempt at out door potted flowers failed due to pots that had no drainage, that became rotten smelling after several days of heavy rain. There was a decaying outdoor metal table and chairs, one of which fell apart when seating 175 lbs man. (No injuries) . Upon arrival, no TP or paper towels....bought our own. Restocking occurred two days after arrival.

Very cute location and property!

We had a lovely time at the house and in Ptown! The kitchen is great, the two bathrooms were great for a pair of couples. It's *just* out of sight of where the noise is, which we appreciated, and we can get to town very easily. Thanks very much!

True comfort

Randy’s condo was clean, cool and comfortable. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The living room was real cozy. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. I especially loved the large wooden table that comfortably sat 6. Our stay was great!

Picture Perfect location

We loved our stay here! Beautiful place, very comfortable and clean. The four of us (two adults, two kids) could not be more comfortable here. Super clean, lovely location close to the breakwater and to Victor's (our fave place to eat). Lovely grounds, too.

Quiet Enclave in West End

We spent a week in the condo in July 2019. The unit had a basic set up with two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), and a large open kitchen/living area. Beautiful flowers and landscaping surround this property in the condo complex located just across the street from Gale Force Bikes. The location was perfect for a quick trip to the beach or a short bike ride to Commercial Street. If you’re looking for a cute condo with friendly neighbors in West End, give this unit a try.

Great accommodations, perfect location.

Beautiful unit in the West End. Love the location and the landscaping is gorgeous. Had a few issues during our week, but the owner was helpful in trying to get them resolved. I would definitely pick the Dunes again.

Beautiful place and great location

The place is really beautiful. Two bedrooms - one with a master bath off the bedroom, the other with a detached bathroom. A wonderful large kitchen. And a fantastic gas fireplace that took the chill off the cold evening. The location is great. On a rather main road, but set back enough it was quiet. And a short drive or a bike ride to the PTown center. The owners are very nice and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Very comfortable two bedroom conveniently located near downtown and the beaches.

This was a great getaway experience for my wife and I and another couple. The bedrooms were far apart for privacy. Having two bathrooms was a big plus. The condo was well appointed with modern appliances and a gas fireplace for the chilly evenings. A grocery store and liquor store were conveniently located about a mile away. Tommy was very accommodating. Thank you Tommy! If you're looking for a place to get away, we definitely recommend the Old Dunes.
