Nice unit, perfect location!

Well thought out one-bedroom. Wonderful small kitchen, large living room, nice bathroom. Parking right next to the unit a huge plus! Perfect location in town - quiet spot and close to everything!

Great Location - Best of Both Worlds

This property is in a great location! You get all the lovely serenity of the west end, but you're still (literally) just steps off of Commercial. If you want to get down to the east end it's a bit of a jaunt, but just take a pedicab if you don't feel like walking. They're always nearby. 3-minute walk in either direction to Relish or Pop+Dutch for sandwiches and other goodies. Perry's is right next door, so it's super easy to grab wine and spirits. 5-minute walk to tea at the boat slip. 4-minnute walk to Victor's. There was a slight delay to our check-in because the cleaning service was short-staffed that day. But overall it didn't throw things off very much for us, and Maria from the rental company was lovely and gracious in handling it. The unit itself is easy to get into, as it's located in the font/ground-floor space. The parking is right outside, and the designated spot is easy to get into if you come down from the Bradford direction. The inside has a comfortable/unfussy/lived-in vibe and has basically everything you need for an enjoyable stay. I did want to mention that in the list of amenities on VRBO it indicated there is an oven, but there is not. Just a cooktop and a microwave. This didn't matter to us. Also, there is one window AC unit in the living room. You really have to crank it up and leave the bedroom door open to get the cool air to flow back there. There was a ceiling fan and a tower-style fan in the bedroom to help move the air around. I think if the weather had not been exceptionally hot during our week, it would have naturally stayed fairly cool. It does stay pretty dark in the morning, so it's great if you're a late sleeper. There's just enough room to slide into bed and not much else. There is a small closet in the hall, and there was also space on the far side of the couch in the living room where you can tuck away luggage, because there really is not enough room for suitcases in the bedroom. There is a small, fenced outdoor space in front with a table and two chairs--sunny in the morning, shady in the afternoon. There was also a grill, but we did not use it. This unit came with linens provided, which is convenient. There is a stacked washer & dryer in the closet next to the bathroom, which is also convenient. It doesn't seem like the dryer has a temp setting though, and it really started to heat the place up when we used it. The internet/wifi worked great. Stable connection when I had to log into work one day.

Perfect

Five stars all around. Unit was clean and in good repair. Location central to everything. Gibson SIR and particularly Maria were perfect hosts from booking to check out. Highly recommend!

Comfy condo in great location!

We had a great stay at this charming and comfy condo in a wonderful location, steps from Commercial Street, and a short walk to the West End beach, where we waded at low tide. The condo was perfect for 2 people, nicely laid out with parking, a bike rack, and outdoor space to relax in the shade. Very close to the shops in the West End.

Great location, easy walk to town shops & restaurants. There is parking, tight for mid size but works. New gas grill on small nice patio Vey clean and comfortable Needs a table and chairs to eat meals at and use compute, used. TV tray. Cookware needs to be replaced, bring a few things if driving, I bought a pot and pan. Rental agent was helpful and quick to respond
