The complex is modern, clean and nice. It's not centrally located as it is in Triana area, but you can easily walk to downtown and many attractions. The apartment I stayed at was comfortable and very well appointed. Overall, this place is ok if you plan to spend a few days in Seville.
The location is very good - in the heart of Triana, one of the most interesting district of Seville (not far from cathedral, alcazar etc.). Near excellent tapas bars and pubs (cervecerias, bodegas etc,), also those located on the banks of the river. The apartment was nicely decorated, well equipped. The only little problem is not cheap, very tight and little difficult to drive if you have big car :) underground car park, but in this location it is hard to find another parking place. Very friendly staff at the reception.
This is a residence style hotel and I found the location to be very good. It was quiet and lovely to walk over the Triana bridge everyday to get to the main part of town. It is near a fantastic market, restaurants and small shops. The staff were lovely and I found them to be very accommodating. Even though I travelled solo, the 2 bedroom units are the way to go because they offer more light and views than the smaller units. I was there for 6 weeks and also enjoyed having the extra space of the 2 bedrooms.
Tired, a bit grim, accomodations. Kitchen well-stocked. Good location. Threadbare towels. Hard bed. Living room couch lumpy. Sheets changed and bathroom cleaned once a week. Otherwise, unit was not cleaned the entire time I was there.
My husband and I spent six weeks here during October and November 2016 as part of a group immersion language program. Although the on-line pictures and descriptions look great, the actual property left much to be desired. Much of the dish ware was cracked or chipped...the teflon cookware was badly scratched...and the bathroom shower leaked terribly. Each day we had to use one of the towels to mop up the floor. (Towels were threadbare.) We did ask the maintenance person to see if the leak could be repaired but nothing was done. The couch in the living room was actually a fold-out futon-type...horribly uncomfortable...and disgustingly dirty. The cushions were badly stained...and I literally used a cake turner to scrape off a layer of dust and dirt on the top of the back. However, the worst thing of all was the bed. After the second night, we decided to remove the bedding and turn the mattress over. Upon removal of the sheets we discovered that the mattress protector was badly stained with urine. We did receive a clean mattress pad. Upon turning the mattress, it seemed to be just a box spring...no padding at all! We asked the front desk if there might be a replacement, to which they responded that all the mattresses were quite firm. As a result, we used a spare blanket as padding between the mattress pad and sheets. The one redeeming factor of this property is its location...a nice walk across the Triana bridge to beautiful downtown Seville...and several well-priced and well-stocked grocery stores at nearby. It is also just across the street from a bus stop. This was the one sore spot about our stay in Seville...I strongly recommend visiting this beautiful, memorable city...but look elsewhere for a more comfortable long-term accommodation.
I am in the first week of six as part of a group arrangement and already know this is a poor choice. The staff cannot help that the apartments are dark and the furniture selected by management is sparse and uncomfortable. For short stays these things may not matter. However, you would think the staff would be more accommodating to guests who are booked here for more than a month. Although some of our group have both, others including me have neither nightstands nor a single drawer for clothing. I asked only for one of the cheap fiberboard nightstands and was refused. My request for one of the sticker showing how to work the stove was met with a shrug. Apparently, a guest staying one night is considered more valuable than one staying more than 40. I have not rated the service poor only because some have been pleasant and helpful. Use of the room safe costs 60 Euros and cleaning service beyond changing sheets and towels is 40 (and the apartment floor was dirty when I arrived). I will update at the end of the six weeks in case things improve, but as of week one, I cannot recommend.
A pleasure trip along with close family friends.. we traveled down south to see the sea side (Cadiz). Hotel is recommendable to our friends & family.. located close to amenities and other shops or markets..! 👌🏼
I can't report any positive features about this apartment/hotel except that it is located in beautiful Seville. The bathroom had water damage, dry rot, mold and mildew as well as having dirty, stained tub and floor. There was no place to store bathroom items. The bedroom had no dresser or other storage options other than a closet with a shelf. There was barely enough room to walk to the far side of the bed. Living room sofa was dirty, reeked of cigarette smoke and body odor and was extremely uncomfortable. Plastic side chair and dining chairs were not comfortable. Kitchen appliances and HAC unit were complicated to use and often did not function properly. Overall the apartment was dark since little natural light got in. The fee to use the in-room safe was outrageous. Some hotel staff were friendly and helpful but others were abrupt and/or unable to provide info or assistance. I was part of a group tour staying in the apartment for six weeks and most of the group had these same issues or others including very bad mattresses, lack of cleaning, and malfunctioning appliances. Do yourself a favor and don't even consider booking here.
This hotel is seriously lacking in every important feature to a traveler. The mattress feels like a box spring instead of a mattress. There's no dresser in the apartment. The couches are stained and terribly uncomfortable so I had to sit on a plastic chair in the kitchen area anytime I was in the apartment. The cook top, microwave and coffee pot all malfunctioned during my stay. The apartments were never cleaned properly. I was with a group so I know that the apartments were all equally bad. I would never recommend this hotel.
Located in the Triana area, the hotel is well situated. They provide secure parking which is a benefit as once you are parked you do not really need your car in Seville. Everything is with walking distance. The rooms are spartan, but clean and well appointed. They have a very friendly and helpful staff. We particularly liked the on site electric bikes they had for rent. Fun and easy and our teenagers really enjoyed using them as did we.
