Hotel ILUNION Golf Badajoz

We payed a 44€ nightly rate for 2 single beds and a couch with two balconies. It was very pleasant and quiet. We definitely will stay here again when we return. The view of the golf course is a relief. It's a short drive from the city but definitely worth it! It's cheaper too than staying in the city and plenty of free parking.

The hotel is located outside Badejoz and was very convenient for day trips to Elvas,Merida,Caceres and more. We didn't eat in the restaurant( it may not even have been open) except for breakfast which was on par with the best we had experienced during a 5 week tour of Southern Spain. The rooms were modern and comfortable . The location is peaceful and quiet. The staff however made all the difference. From reception to breakfast room, everyone was only too willing to be helpful and with a smile as a gratuitous bonus.

Traveling through Spain I chose this hotel because of the quiet location and good price. Unfortunately I didn't book online and when we arrived the price was a bit more however the room was very luxurious and the breakfast was like a full meal. Even though the restaurant was closed the girl on reception was very helpful opening my bottle of wine! Staff are great and I slept really well because it was so peaceful and comfortable.

Excellent hotel in good location just off the motorway. Not sure what the other reviewers were expecting, but we found the staff lovely (they have a policy of employing 40% of people with some disability) The rooms were a good size, very clean and comfortable (wish there'd been 2 chairs instead of one) Extra blankets in room and more pillows on request. Free wifi. Lots of parking in front of the hotel. Pool (didn't try it) For the price this is a really good find.

Horrible check in Horrible room Bad connection of TV Horrible bathroom The unique positive aspect was the localization, in a very nice area, and also the external aspect of the hotel invites you... But the reality of the inside Was the opposite

This hotel, a four star hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful. It has only recently become part of the ilunion chain and so I do feel it's a work in progress and will improve with time. The location is great if you are a golfer... Otherwise it is a little isolated which is no problem if you have a car. The food was good and plentiful. There were some minuses, however, ... The beds only had one very thin pillow each and one sheet despite it being wintertime. There was only one blanket in the wardrobe. The reception did send extra pillows on request. What the hotel really needs is a comfortable bar area...there is a small, not particularly well stocked bar, situated in the eating area. However this has chip shop bright lighting and no comfortable seating. We ended up sitting in the reception area with our drinks.. Which has just two sofas. There was a guest " lounge" with a tv .. But no bar and only hard chairs! Overall, not a bad hotel but at the moment , in my opinion , it is definitely more three star than four! However, I have stayed in other Ilunion hotels and have always been impressed so I think this hotel will soon improve.

The photos are better than the actual hotel but it's good. The pool has a big problem if you aren't a bee lover...plenty of them everywhere! It's a family friendly hotel so be aware you'll find children playing around. Not too far from Badajoz city center by car and the staff, although I only counted 2, is friendly. Rooms are clean and some were recently refurnished so be sure to ask for one of them.

I have been hosted in the Hotel Confortel Badajoz and I am delighted! I went to play golf with some friends and we were really close to the golf courses. In addition, the restaurant menu was delicious, as all Spanish food. The facilities are great and I'm thinking to repeat with my family in a couple of months. It has been a pleasure.

Ideal location , distant but not too far away from Badajoz. I was told this hotel is owned by the ONCE ( National Association of Blind People ). My room needed and urgent refurbishment and it could have been cleaned better. Rickety and tasteless furniture. Best 'Jamon de Bellota' comes from this area but it was absent at breakfast. Nice views to Golf course and nice staff. All in all, not my cup of tea.

Carpeted room that was a bit stuffy upon arrival (2am), but great receptionists and valu for money.
