Twelve Palms was an absolute dream! The house is beautiful and just as pictured. The layout was perfect for us. Waking up to the view from the back was incredible. I highly recommend watching the sun rise from the dock and kayaking into the sunset. I never wanted to leave and can’t wait to go back!

Kelly & Amanda, thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful villa. It was absolutely perfect. The views are absolutely stunning. Rooms, kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. We throughly enjoyed our stay. One of our favorite parts of our trip was Lucky.

The property was absolutely amazing! The pool was fantastic. It was the most stocked kitchen we have experienced with any other VRBO. Kelly and Amanda were very responsive to any questions/ concerns we had and in a quick manner. Johanny was very helpful as well. Our smoke detector started going off one afternoon and she had the repairman at the house within the hour. If/ when we return to Turks& Caicos we will stay here again. Highly highly recommend!!

We just returned from our stay at 12 Palms and we miss it already! The house and grounds are even more beautiful than they are in the pictures. The owners and property manager were so friendly, responsive and helpful. We have stayed at several different villas in Turks and Caicos and this one is our favorite. Highly recommend!

12 Palms Turks

2nd time to stay here. Great house and location. Short walk to Taylor Bay but it isn’t even needed with ocean access at the house. Fabulous pool and the house had everything we needed. Quiet location but easy drives everywhere on the island. We will be back.

Excellent - from booking through exit.. loved every minute

Every moment was pure joy at Twelve Palms. The home is exactly as pictured with plenty of everything you will need. We especially enjoyed swimming off the dock, canoeing to Taylor Bay, cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and swimming in the pool. Area is safe and secure with roaming security. I wish I lived here full time and can't wait to come back.

A Dream Stay in Paradise

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this stunning villa. The property exceeded our expectations in every way. It was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed. The view of the ocean from the villa was simply breathtaking—waking up to that each morning was unforgettable. The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We had a wonderful time and it felt like a little slice of paradise Without a doubt, we will return and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious Caribbean escape.

Beautiful Place to Escape Life Stressors

If you are looking for a place that has everything, this is the place for you. There is access to the ocean, a beautiful pool, and all amenities included. You are also close proximity to the tourist places. We loved being able to be a part of the fun tourist attractions and then escaping back to this amazing home. The owner and manager were so helpful and you could tell they just wanted our family to enjoy ourselves. You will not regret getting this house. Huge thank you for allowing us a place to spend quality time with my family.

Excellent Family Vacation Accommodations

This VRBO listing matches EXACTLY with the real experience. It was perfect. The pre-arrival communication from the host was comprehensive - the property manager met us promptly and was wonderful. This property has everything you need - ample seating in every area. There are towels, pool chairs, dock chairs and water equipment! We loved the grill and the full fridge. The most amazing thing about this house is the view. While in the house or at the pool, you can see the breathtaking water the entire time. It's serene and relaxing and an ideal layout. We loved the Sapodilla Bay location with a 5 min walk to Taylor Bay - this area of TCI is magical and just right. We loved the nearby restaurants of Las Brisas and Little Havana. This was a 10/10 experience and we would be so lucky to be able to return. We felt so safe in this neighborhood and enjoyed this well appointed home. Thank you!

Great place for my family of 5

What a perfect place for a spring break trip with my family. The view is outstanding. Lots of pool/beach toys available for my 10, 12, and 14 year old. Plenty of outdoor space for sunbathing and relaxing by the pool or down by the ocean. The home was very clean. All rooms are oversized, plenty of space to spread out and relax. Taylor Beach is just a 5 minute walk. Or Sapodilla beach was a 5 minute drive or 10 minute kayak paddle away. We are already planning our return to 12 Palms.

Gorgeous house and location

12 Palms was the perfect location to spend a week with our son, wife and 11 mos old son. Gorgeous view, beautiful pool and outdoor seating area, dock with lounge chairs which leads to the amazing beach area. We prefer this part of the island…private and quiet. Short walk to Taylor Bay Beach which isn’t as crowded as others…you can walk way out and it remains shallow…perfect for kids. The house was neat and organized …we found everything we needed. Johanna and crew were amazing…the house was spotless. She answered all my questions right away and even brought me 2 gallons of water for my grandsons formula when I was without a car. She is the best! A stay here is highly recommended! We’ll be back!

Poolside Fun

The house was very well maintained and decorated. The pool is fantastic and the view of the ocean amazing. We spent most of our time around the pool or swimming in the ocean right off the dock. We didn’t bring the grandkids this time but we noticed that Taylor Bay beach, just a short walk from the house, would have been a perfect spot for them. All bathrooms were nicely decorated with stone and tile and showers had great pressure and hot water. Bug spray application was a must in the evening as one of our party had several bites. The house is also convenient to the airport. The surrounding area looks somewhat industrial, but once you are on site the house is very pretty and secluded from neighbors. Check in and check out was a breeze. Our experience was very positive and we would highly recommend staying there.

Great stay!

We had three couples who stayed at this property during the last week. It worked very well for us. Location was great. Taylor Beach which is very calm and secluded is less than a five minute walk. A little longer walk will get you to Sopapilla Beach and it is more lively with different bars along the beach to purchase drinks and food. It is about a 10 to 15 minute drive to the shops and resorts so a rental vehicle is recommended as taxis are pretty expensive. Overall, great experience and communication with property manager was also very good!

Week of Paradise

Recently remodeled, spacious villa was perfect for our multi-generation family trip. So many seating/dining areas options both indoor or outdoor made this the perfect getaway where we disn’t want to leave the property. Grilled most evenings. Loved using the floaties in the pool but also to watch the sunset in the ocean in Sapadilla Bay. Toiletries provided was enough for a week’s stay. Portable beach chairs and umbrella great to take over to Taylor Bay Beach which is a very short walk.
