Completely renovated condo at La Vista Azul in a prime area (Turtle Cove) of Providenciales. See what Turks and Caicos has to offer staying in a beautiful 1 bed 1 bath condo with an expansive balcony/patio. Enjoy your home away from home with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, gym, ocean view pools, all beach/snorkel gear, and restaurant on site. This condo is on the first floor and does require one flight of stairs. Family friendly and 3 minutes from Grace Bay Beach!
The space
Walking in you will feel right at home in this new space. Enjoy a peaceful nights rest in a king size bed while the kids are sleeping on the pull out sofa or pack and play. The walk in shower is sure to be your magical escape after a long day at the beach and at night enjoy the large patio/balcony where you can listen to the sounds of the tiny island.

Fun fact* all art was sourced locally on island. We love supporting those that allow us to visit this treasured place.

You will have full access to all parts of the condo and the condo resort. This includes rooftop pools, hot tubs, and gym. Parking is on-site and gate is locked each night and on site security is in place.

This is a kid friendly condo. We too have a toddler, and want our guests to feel comfortable bringing their children too!

Our stay at the condo was wonderful! It came fully equipped with beach gear, board games, kitchen essentials, and more, making it feel like home. The décor was beautifully inspired by Turks and Caicos, adding to the island vibe. The location couldn’t be better—just a short 5‑minute walk to the beach. The host was always easy to reach and provided great local recommendations whenever we needed them. I’d highly recommend this condo to anyone planning a trip to Providenciales.

Amazing stay! Great communication! Loved the patio area and amenities included!! The location is awesome and easy to find. Parking was never a hassle. The villa is in a great spot and not too far from any gorgeous beach! The villa is conveniently located close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. Would definitely recommend a stay in this Villa! Such a nice place and beautiful island.

We stayed at The Cottonwood House and honestly, it was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, super clean, and had everything you need for an amazing stay. The full kitchen made it really easy to cook meals at home, and they had everything you could possibly need for a beach day—chairs, umbrella, even beach goggles.Cleanliness is a big deal for me, and this place delivered. The towels, sheets, and overall condition of the apartment were pristine. You can tell the owners really care.The location was great too, close to everything by car and also quiet and peaceful. The condo grounds were just as nice as the inside, with two gorgeous pools and stunning views of the ocean.I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos. It made our trip feel extra special and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
