The construction is expected to last until August 2026, although we cannot guarantee the timeline. Typically, construction crews operate Monday through Saturday, from dawn until dusk. While Sundays are generally reserved for rest, occasional work may take place on this day as well. Kindly note we are not able to predict or quantify the degree of disturbance and noise this will present at any given period of time. To offset any inconvenience, the owner is offering a 20% discount already reflected in the rate. ***

Notes:

• At the time of booking, VRBO will only charge its service fee. We will follow up with payment details to complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is due to secure your booking; the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.

• Electricity is metered to discourage A/C use with open doors and windows. Guests are given an allotment of $300 per week for A/C.  If that amount is exceeded, guests pay at a cost per kilowatt usage.

• There is an optional pool heater for $900 p/week + tax.
