Nice house but not too close to the beach

We enjoyed the stay in this beautiful home, but it is expensive and not too close to the beach. The roads around are not very good, and the island is very expensive and it has not recovered from the last hurricane, so a very expensive vacation for what you get.

Great modern villa

Coconut is exactly as depicted in the photos. Beautiful modern decor. Note one of the upstairs bedrooms requires use of a hall bathroom, no en-suite. We loved the location. Easy drive to the parking area to access Grace Bay. Also an easy walk for a delightful beach walk. Ten minutes to numerous restaurants and the grocery store. Host Nathalie is very responsive. Highly recommended.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay except for the weather didn’t cooperate for the beginning of our trip. The house is very nice and the outdoor area and pool are great! The location of the house isn’t ideal. The roads in the neighborhood are very bumpy and seems to be some construction going on. You definitely have to drive everywhere because it’s too far to walk. Overall a nice place though!

35th Anniversary

Let me start off by saying I am from the USA and I have traveled to Mexico, Europe, South America and the Caribbean. Nathalie place was very nice just as the pictures shows. There was six adults. Nathalie has great recommendations. If you can use Capitan Andy for boat trip Sea Jay Cruises and if you want a Chef to come in cook for your please use Chef Hermes absolutely fantastic. We had a lot of fun. Being welled traveled and traveling outside of USA there are certain things you may be custom to. With that being said they reason why I could not rate Natalie place a 5 if for the following reasons. 1. No hot water if you are like me hot showers are essential for my Zen we did report it to Natalie but the water never got hot.. 2. I could not enjoy the pool and balcony due to the mosquito's. I feel there should have been Citronella candles around the pool and balcony or some type of pest control. 3. The last thing I was completely taken back by Natalie coming into the house unannounced and move things around when we were not there. I feel when you take possession of rental there should be no unannounced entrance and if that is your policy it should be stated. I will explain there was a pool issue that needed attention but that was outside of the house. However in all it was very nice and a strong 4 rating

Great vacation

Everything about the Villa was perfect for our vacation. The indoor and outdoor spaces were beautiful and kept spotless. The bathrooms and kitchen were better than expected. Nathalie is a fantastic host. She is very knowledgeable about TCI and helpful with restaurant recommendations and with day trips/excursions.

Modern, clean home near Grace Bay beach

Our stay was wonderful and Nathalie was so helpful with dining and beach options. The house is new, cheerful, and the pool was vital for cooling off. Kitchen was well-stocked and the space was perfect for a family of 5.

Pristine and relaxing

Thank you, Nathalie, for providing such a lovely house to rent in Provo! The house was immaculately clean and very well-appointed. The minimalist, sleek, Scandinavian style was a beautiful environment to live in for a week. We particularly enjoyed the back of the house. Many hours were spent lounging by the pool, reading on the couch, dining at the table, and watching the stars at night. The house is a quick jaunt to all Grace Bay beaches; we had fun discovering a different beach or Grace Bay access point every day. Nathalie was a great communicator and provided us with lots of tips and advice to maximize our stay. We will definitely be returning. Thank you again!

Grace Bay Perfection!

We could not have been happier with our stay at Coconat Villa. Attention to detail to maximize the enjoyment of our stay was amazing. We could not have been happier with host Nathalie and the beautiful Coconat Villa with its lovely decor, pool, amazingly comfortable beds, and tons of other amenities. Relaxing family vacation! Amazing host!

Our stay at Coconat Villa was absolutely lovely. Very relaxing -- and peaceful! Nathalie was very attentive and made so many great recommendations. She was available to answer all of our questions and immediately addressed any concerns/questions. The property is clean and beautiful and located in a quiet area. Close enough to walk, bike or take the car downtown. Cocovan, Le Comptoir, Lemon2Go, and Turkberry frozen yogurt were all fabulous. Kayaking to the mangroves and half moon bay was our favorite outing. We so enjoyed our time and hope to return!

Fantastic Provo House

We stayed at Coconat over Christmas 2022. The house is terrific. Modern, comfortable, and well thought out. Kitchen is very fully stocked, and there is a great washer and dryer in the pool house. The beds were really comfortable, bathrooms were great, kitchen is fully stocked, and the house even had everything for the beach like a canopy, chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear, and inflatables. Plus the host Nathalie is great. She sat down with us first day and gave us AMAZING recommendations for where to go and what to do, helped us avoid some bad planning and even got us into some restaurants at a very busy time of year. Nathalie was also very responsive when we had a question or needed something. The location of the house is perfect, just a couple blocks from the heart of Grace Bay. In sum, if you are looking to stay in a house rather than one of the local hotels, this is the house.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! This was the family first time visiting T&C and this was on my bucket list.

While searching for a spacious Villla that would accommodate my family, Coconut Villa was the selective place. I selective this Villa over several others for its wonderful ambience. This villa was PERFECT. Everything was beautifully designed with special detailed. The high-end finishes were just down right gorgeous (I am a huge fan of white decor). This villa provided a homelike and cozy environment...My family enjoyed the entire Villa. We had one minor hiccup due to miscommunication on our end, however, Nathalie was super accommodating, quick with problem solving and a wonderful communicator throughout our stay..She is very detailed oriented which I appreciate. Our family wanted for nothing. The villa was fully stocked with a directory for everything we needed..plus Nathalie was on speed dial for anything my family required. I would highly recommend Coconut Villa. It's not often you find a place true to its reviews and picture. Thank you again Nathalie for making this a wonderful experience.. Alicia

Natalie was THE BEST HOST.. This place way EXCELLENT!

Me and 3 of my girlfriends stayed at CocoNat for my 40th Birthday and it was amazing! Conveniently located 3-5 minutes from everything “Happening” in Turks, I could not ask for a better location stay. Nat was a SUPER HOST aswell. Definitely coming back!

Just what we needed!

Beautiful house, equipped with everything in a great location with a wonderful host! Nathalie could not have been more welcoming or helpful!!! We were able to hang out by the pool every morning, explore the island or go to Grace Bay Beach in the afternoon (two minute drive) and eat at great restaurants(recommended by our host) every evening. We came home happy and relaxed! Would definitely do it again!

Nothing shy of AMAZING!

Coconat Villa was fantastic- everything about it made it feel like luxury vacation home. We had all the amenities needed plus more! The location was so convenient to get to any beach we desired. Nathalie was a wonderful host who greeted us upon our arrival to ensure we felt comfortable. She even made sure to stop by to wish us farewell on our departure. She gave us a few great tips as well since this was our first time to Turks! We surely will be back and can’t wait for that time to come again. Wonderful stay in Turks

The coconat house was so beautiful. The property is decorated so stylishly and has everything you could need. There were 6 people staying with us and we had plenty of space. The rooms were comfortable. It’s not quite walking distance to the beach but it’s a very short drive. The only issue we had was the first day was a little warm because the a/c wasn’t working but the owner got it up and running the next day as soon as she could get someone out. I would highly recommend the home when staying at Turks!

Coconat's great success!

Nathalie was a wonderful host and the house was perfect. Great design touches and amenities - everything down to the milk frother for the Nespresso maker! :) We had everything we needed and more, plus Nathalie was available for lots of local suggestions - from beaches to restaurants to Turks and Caicos' secret spots; she's amazing! And the house is situated on a quiet street that's minutes away from groceries, resorts, beaches and great restaurants (we could eat Cocovan every night of the week; just a 5min walk). Thank you Nathalie! From host to friend, we'll see you again soon!

Everything you need and more

This property is truly beautiful and the host is lovely. The kitchen is *extremely* well equipped, the backyard was so amazing we barely left! The house truly has absolutely everything you’ll need and is such a gem. Even comes w bikes so you can bike to the beach which was like a five min ride. So fun.

Amazing property, beautiful design & great host!

We cannot speak more highly of this rental, and look forward to booking again. The house is brand new (we were the first guests!), beautiful modern design and large backyard. All the amenities you might need are here: washer/dryer, AC units in every room, nespresso machine, beach towels, bbq, outdoor shower, etc. Located a few streets from Coco Bistro / Coco Van, and about 4 min drive to Grace Bay beach. The host Nathalie was extremely quick to respond to any of our questions, very friendly and approachable, and offered a bunch of suggestions for beaches, restaurants and activities. We will definitely be back!
