One of the most amazing properties in the Caribbean! Staff is friendly and attentive, the food is absolutely delicious, and the beach is to die for. It's pricey, but worth the splurge!

I'd call it quaint luxury. Resort has limited rooms so there are only 50-70 people at a time on the property.

everyone was super nice. it’s nice to have people care about customer service.

Friendly staff, beautiful beach, good food. Intimate and personal settings. Too quite sometimes

Our experience was wonderful. The place itself is a bit outdated, the Pool area is questionable. The snack bar doesn’t live up to its name. The all inclusive is not really all inclusive, room service is usually included with no limits or hesitations in a true “all-inclusive” hotel, Here there were limits on the food you could order and have delivered to your room. Also, the breakfast window is very short 8:00 am to 10:30. Other than those few things, the Island is amazing and beautiful, you will not regret this adventure.

BEAUTIFUL beach. Very nice rooms. Service and amenities are somewhat spotty. I gave 4 stars, but was tempted to 3-3/4. People who gush and give this resort 5 stars are doing 5-star resorts a disservice. Our room had very little hot water. My wife and I would shower together quickly (not for a good reason), so that we could both enjoy at least a few minutes of hot water. The breakfast service is painfully slow. I'd be cool with that if there were some kind of view. Lunch is strictly on the beach. The lunch service is okay, but they get mad if you get impatient and walk to the bar for something on your own. It's really strange! The guy actually managed to get my wife angry. Thanks for that buddy! Dinner service is EXCELLENT. The young men are very professional and very fast. ALL of the meals are good. Except SNACKS. There really are none. They throw some cookies and pretzels out on a table. Seriously, they should call it a MOSTLY all inclusive. My wife and I don't drink a lot. We like coffee and water. We left large tips for the room service people and left notes asking for extra Pellegrino and coffee. I felt like I was an inconvenience. In a true 5-star resort, guests are NEVER made to feel like an inconvenience. I was told we had a concierge. I guess it was the guy who gave us a tour at the beginning. I saw him around the property once or twice, but that was about it. Inconsistent is the best word I can think of. I hope they get better. It's worth it for the beach. AWESOME

We had a lovely stay. The beach is perfect and they have chairs reserved for your room every day. Sherman and Roger were fantastic in helping us with snorkel gear, kayaks, and paddle boards. Sandy was our waitress each day and gave great tips on what to do and where to eat. It is a small boutique hotel that offers a private, yet personal experience. Everyone knows your name and is happy to accommodate you. We will be back! Thank you for a great family vacation!

We all loved the hotel! staff was very helpful meeting our needs. We like to eat at local places when traveling cab drivers were helpful with picking places to have dinner (all were very good). We understand that it's an island everything comes by air or sea so pricing is understandable... Fresh catch/ catch of the day was also included to fit local prices this one I didn't understand... Our only disappointment was lobster season ended two days after our arrival.....We will most definitely be returning to this island.

We really enjoyed our family vacation at the Beach House. The beach is quiet and tranquil, a welcome change from chaos further down at Beaches. The setting could not be more lovely; sugar sand, turquiose water, our personal beach chairs/umbrellas, and a very helpful staff all contributed to our enjoyment and we rate them all a five star. The drawbacks are with the room and amenities. We had a two bedroom oceanfront room with a great view. Problem is a solid wall that hides it. A remedy would be to place bar stools and a table on the patio. Secondly although the main room is huge there is wasted space. For the price we paid, the bathrooms are small and there is no washer and dryer. Curiously there was no soap by the sinks, only body wash in the tub/shower. This was quickly used up and I asked several times for more which was never provided. In fact we never received fresh bottles of shampoo or conditioner. We bought some bar soap at the store. Again seems like a small issue but taken for granted at every other hotel I have ever visited. Overall though the Beach House is recommended for a great, relaxing family beach vacation.

The Beach House was amazing! When we first arrived we knew we had chosen the right resort. The grounds, the staff, the beach... they all were perfect. It is hard to find anything to criticize. If you are looking for a quiet, perfectly located hotel than stay here. If you want a party crowd with minimally clad beach goers then go elsewhere. People come here to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. People are friendly, but also keep to themselves; which is just what we desired. The only negatives were the inconsistency of the food in the restaurant: (The food was great overall, but there were times it was sub-par, maybe the chef was off duty...) and the mattress: (it was not the quality I would expect at a resort of this caliber.) There are also sister properties that you can visit. You can use the beach, restaurants, pools. That was a nice perk. The best perk beside the beach view from our room was the beach pod set up for us each day. There is no need to wake up early and claim your place at the beach. Also the paddle boards and huge beach/water pillows were my favorite. Have fun!!! We can't wait to return!

Great place for a couple's vacation! Beach House is an ideal boutique hotel. Probably the best staff team I've ever encountered at a hotel, anywhere, at any price level. Absolutely outstanding service. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and nice. And of course the beach and sun were pure heaven. Plus, this hotel had the best beach chairs/cushions of any place we saw along the beach.

Went here for our honeymoon and loved the quiet beach. It was very clean and we were able to spend all day there with staff available to bring food/drink or get any beach equipment. Enjoyed the stand up paddleboarding and snorkeling coral reef right off the beach. Excellent restaurant!

Great location, and if you like to be in a central location of the island, this is a great spot.

Small quiet hotel on great uncrowded stretch of beach. For people who know how to relax not those needing bustle and entertainment.

We Can't wait to return. You can expect complete relaxation, care, and concern. Close enough to everything, and yet "away from it all"

If you're looking for quiet, clean, super comfortable bed, great kitchen & sitting area, beautiful beach, snorkeling close by off the beach, this could be your best pick. Room surpased our expectations. Staff is effecient, but not intrusive. Snorkeling at Bight reef, a 5 min. walk. Better snorkeling at Smith Reef, a 30 min. walk. Saw 2 eagle rays, lots of small reef fish, lots of grouper. Breakfast was good, served quickly, 4 choices, always hot.

Beautiful resort, spacious accomodations, gracious service. Quiet, private and fabulous beach. Snorkeling, parasailing, hobie cat sailing, horseback riding and fishing were EXCELLENT!

Very quiet, not really a hotel stay/getaway. More like renting an apartment. Upside, FULL state of the art kitchen with a full size refridgerator and freezer, dining area sits 4 comfortably, tv and small sitting area, nice size bedroom with a king size bed, very clean bathroom and a washer/dryer. Downside, "hotel" closes by 8pm so if you need anything you are on your own. Breakfast was nothing special by any means, only opened for breakfast and lunch, no fruit offered and the "restaurant" closed for dinner. We had to take a taxi to the local supermarket to go buy jugs of water. Nothing to do but really sit on the quiet beach and swim in the ocean. The pool area was very small and quiet, no music or people to socialize with. The staff was friendly but [...] was great and very caring. The help was very honest and reliable and housekeeping was very on top of their job. overall was a great stay but if you are single or looking for "life" not the best place to stay, if you are looking for extreme quiet, basically secluded, this is the place to be.
