I was disappointed with my stay. I was checked in by a cleaner - meaning I was not provided enough details for my stay such as breakfast time which I missed. It was hard to communicate with the hotel staff as they speak very little English although it seemed that they were really trying. None of the spa services was were available during my stay. They also need to adjust their toilet seats especially for shorter people like me, my feet was basically hanging while sitting on the toilet.

The hotel is also the site of a fish restaurant, massage and spa! The rooms are a little dated and mine didn't have air conditioning, but having said that the room was large and kept cool. I arrived a day late and the staff allowed me to switch without charge - many thanks m

First of all the staff. I have been traveling many many places and I have never ever meet so nice staff in my life. The owner, cafe and reception staff. Top class! The massage and spa was amazing and the location is perfect. Large rooms with good showers Thank you for a pleasant stay!

a bit of an uphill slog from downtown (I was walking). friendly staff! adequate restaurant associated with the hotel. room was nice, but there was a strange knocking sound (machinery?) that persisted for hours. it woke me up a few times, but I was able to fall back asleep. Didn't inquire with staff about the nature of this noise. might have been something that was located just above my room (my room was at the end of hallway on second floor). Anyway, good experience overall.

Portions were under construction, some lights out, not all nozzles in the shower sprayed most of the pattern, but there were many options as far as how to shower. It was a fancy shower, so the sideways ones not spraying wasn't a terrible issue. It had the handheld sprayer and a rain head that worked well enough.

The only great thing about the hotel was it’s staff. They are the most kind and accommodating people you will ever meet. As for the hotel rooms, they are small and lack much of the comfort a traveler looks for. One thing I would have appreciated in the room was a water kettle. The hotel is in need of maintenance, the shower heads in the bathroom need fixing, many of the lightbulbs need changing, and the hotel lobby is just uninviting. Breakfast in the restaurant next door was really bad so my son and I only had breakfast on the first day, the rest of the time we just had coffee and tea. The hotel location is good if you don’t mind a 10 minute walk to city center. If you can’t walk too much, then this location will prove too far for you. The restaurants in the area were really good; delicious food, reasonably priced.
