Great place!

This was a perfect place for my family. We loved getting to finish each day with a quick walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We didn’t want to leave!

Happy Tenants.

A good house for us. Well equipped, although we never cooked. Fridge great, as was washing machine and dryer. Bed in master very comfortable too, family stayed in hotel, making location great for us all to meet up.

Summer getaway

Beautiful views, Lanai was lovely, comfy beds, antique sofa and chairs not so comfy. Kitchen well appointed. Needs better knives. Needs more beach towels and shower towels for 7 day stay. Nice that they had beach chairs and umbrella as well as ice chest. Great condo overall. Would def stay there again.

Always very good.

The communications about check-in could improve. We had trouble finding the WiFi connection code info and the tv login. Other than that it was its usual beautiful situation.

Great Views and Location but

The views were just what I hoped and the home was very well furnished. But one reason I stayed there was the advertised location as being next to the 1 Hotel. I was looking forward to walking over there to dine a few times. But for some reason the hotel was not available to the public. Security did not allow me entrance. I verified their policy with the front desk. They were allowing entrance at a later date but after my departure from Kauai. Had I known this was going to happen, I might now had stayed here.

Beautiful condo with outstanding views! Home was spotless and we loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Excellent accommodations for one or two couples. Host was an excellent communicator throughout our stay. The adjacent town of Hanalei has some great restaurants and shopping. If I were to make any suggestions, more detailed directions to the condo would be appreciated. It took us some time to find since we landed at sunset and had to make our way there in the dark. The house numbers are small and not super visible from the car. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone planning to visit Kauai!

Unbelievable view

The view from this villa was fantastic! We sat on the back deck New Years Eve and in the distance we could see the bonfires and fireworks that were happening on Hanalei beach. We were able to walk down to both Hideways beach and Pua Poa beach, which is in front of 1 Hanalei Hotel. Every night we took a stroll over to the bluff overlooking Hanalei Bay and watched the surfers and sunset. The beds were very comfortable and the villa was clean and neat. Two things that could be improved upon, the furniture in the living area is not comfortable at all and there was no cupboard space in the kitchen to put away our groceries.

Magic in Kauai

This was a fantastic property -- spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, fantastic layout, and wonderful location. Jessica was a great host -- communicative, helpful, and responsive to our every need. The views from the two balconies were mesmerizing and the overall privacy and peacefulness made for an extraordinary week in paradise. Highly recommended!

The Perfect Kauai Oasis

We absolutely loved our stay here! The views on the balcony were worth it in itself. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The perfect place to rest after long days exploring the island. Jessica was incredibly responsive, too! Thank you for a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Golden find in Princeville

I was counting on the gps on my phone, it placed me before the house. Best to follow the directions in the welcome letter. Bedrooms are downstairs, ceilings fans in each bedroom and living room, helps cool the rooms. Kitchen with everything you need. Easy access to hideaway beach( great for snorkeling) and the 1 hotel down the road.

Perfect Girls Getaway

My teenager daughter and I spent a week in this beautiful nest -- which we affectionately called it based on how the house is nested atop the trees and the many friendly birds who joined us for morning coffee. :-) The space and location were perfect for the two of us and provided a nice balance between adventures on the south side of the island and relaxation on the north side. When I had questions for Jessica, she was quick to respond. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and look forward to our next stay.

Great location in Princeville

Short walk to the beach (note: there are many, many steps down) and gorgeous views from the villa. Unit was very clean and had great vented windows that kept it cool. A few things need fixing (e.g., screen doors, beach umbrellas, mats) but the property manager is planning to address them. Kitchen is well-appointed, but if you're a knife snob and need sharp knives, consider bringing your own. Overall, a lovely stay.

Gorgeous views, even when raining.

The view from this property was so beautiful that we often got take out and ate at the villa rather than at a restaurant. We discovered Fredrico's in Hanalei on our last night, highly recommend! It rained a lot during our stay but there were beautiful rainbows to enjoy from the villa. The location is perfect, close to many beaches, farmer's markets, dining, groceries, shopping, churches, etc. It was nice just going for walks too. Thank you, Jessica for letting us stay at such a wonderful place. 🌈
