The master bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom. The studio suite has a great kitchen table, microwave, fridge, queen bed, water toys, it's own separate outside lanai with couch and ottoman. This condo boasts two amazing lanais, tile throughout with updated kitchen and baths. You are close to the most beautiful beaches in the world. Located in the Sandpiper Condos, walking distance to stores is only 10 minutes and only 10 minutes to drive to beaches. Located across from Makai Golf Course, one of the top golf courses on the island. View of Mount Namolokama, filled with water falls. Here you can park one car in your dedicated parking spot for 137 (all yours). The pool, BBQ and grounds at Sandpiper are awesome for hanging around and getting some rest after a long day at any of the nearby beaches.     first visit to Kauai

    WE had a good time at the Princeville condo. It was exactly as pictured plus more. the owners even provided snorkel equipment plus beach chairs plus a beach mat. Beach towels complete the ensemble. If we wanted, we could have taken a beach umbrella as well. the condo was within steps of the pool! and only steps from the main road and golf courses. If I could add one negative - there was too much furniture in the living area but this is minor - we just moved what we didn't need. the lanais proved to be a special spot for morning coffees! Would go back in a heartbeat if it wasn't 7000 miles away from home!

    Clean and comfortable

    This property was both clean and comfortable. The best part was that our stay included usage of beach related items such as chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and even snorkeling equipment. The property quality is commensurate with price and we would be happy to stay there on our next trip. The manager was very communicative and sought to ensure we had the best experience.
