Elegant 75 sqm apartment, located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in the country, newly built. In typical mountain style, equipped with every comfort.
A few steps from all the basic necessities but at the same time immersed in tranquility.
For our customers we have private outdoor parking, or paid garage on reservation, ski storage, bicycles, boot warmers.
Upon request we provide a camp bed for children and a high chair.
The apartment is equipped with bed linen, bathroom and kitchen.
The apartment is divided as follows:
- large kitchen-living room with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, traditional oven and microwave oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, flat screen TV, sofa.
The kitchenette complete with set of pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery.
- full bathroom (shower, washing machine, hairdryer)
- comfortable and spacious bedroom, equipped with walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower and sauna.
- a second double bedroom with single sofa bed and comfortable wardrobe.
- closet for vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron and drying rack.
